I stayed for one night at Bengal Canary Park, and it was a pleasant enough experience. It’s a hotel geared towards professionals (mostly from India) visiting the Gulshan area for work, so it might not be the best option for tourists. The room was quite small, and the breakfast buffet was limited (with too many veg. options). I had one meal at the restaurant, and it was average, considering the great food I generally had in Bangladesh. I had also booked at the last minute, so my friend and I ended up getting rooms two floors apart, which kind of affected my experience. Of course, there were several pluses, too. The service was professional and polite. The location is great for trying out eateries in Gulshan, and the hotel even allows ordering from outside. I couldn’t get a late check-out as the hotel seemed to be overbooked, but I had a fairly comfortable time at the cafeteria section while waiting to leave for the airport.
The best part of my stay was a helpful gesture from the hotel staff. I had seen a Bangladesh tourism book at the hotel and had enquired if I could purchase it from a bookstore nearby. While I was checking out, the gentleman at the reception handed me a wrapped copy of the book, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. I missed noting his name, but this small gesture was very appreciated.

An Excellent Business Hotel with great service. The Benga Canary Park is located in the heart of Gulshan. While there is a lot of traffic, that is common across the city. The hotel overall is excellent. Rooms - very spacious and well equipped. Room sizes for similar category are different, hence worth checking. Restaurant - good food and timely service. Services and facilities - a well equipped gym. Overall, what impressed me most was the exceptional level of service. Everyone from the Front Office, F&B, and even the GM made it a point to speak to all guests and always ready to help. Kudos to them for making my stay delightful and memorable. To sum up, an excellent 4 star hotel for a business stay. Enjoy!

Nice hotel with good location , good food quality and great service.The spread for buffet breakfast need to be better. The lighting in the washroom need to be more brighter. The room service and front desk service need special mention.

I recommend no one to visit this hotel as it has all the facilities but none of them work. There is cheap wall sockets falling apart etc. Under the bed is very dirty, shower knob doesn’t work, tv has no YouTube or Netflix.
All I’m saying is don’t there that’s it.

A lovely quaint hotel located in the heart of town, the Bengal Canary is an excellent choice for all travelers. A lovely reception with coffee shop. Excellent restaurant with a wide variety of options at breakfast. Lovely and well appointed rooms and bathrooms. And to top it all, an excellent gymnasium. I didn’t try the spa but they have one too. All said, what made my experience special was the amazing service. Every person you encountered spoke, greeted and made my stay very memorable indeed. My kudos to the GM Mr Saha and the entire team for a really wonderful stay. To sum up, I’ll be coming again for sure. See you soon Bengal Canary.

It's in Gulshan, good for people whose offices are a diplomatic area. easy to access. safe and secure. food and service are ok. need a soundproof window in the room. staffs are quite professional. chefs did a great job

It's my second stay from the Soft Launch from Nov.2015. I have been stayed here in Jan.2016 and their comfort and Hospitality encourage me to stay one more time & hence I stayed in March 2016. Front Desk is superb, Food Prepared by Chef is mouthwatering. One can try Masala Tea and Nuddle in Morning Breakfast apart from many. Spa is offering full services.
I stayed in Premium Deluxe Room-Which is specious and having Bathtub and all amenities. Seamless internet always connects you to the world.
In case in near future if I get an opportunity to visit Dhaka one more time than Hotel Bengla Canary Park is my second home. Mr. Saif Dali is the one who allow me to imaginate only Hotel Bengal Canary Park.

We had a 2 days long official workshop at the hall room at top floor. The room is spacious to accommodate 25~30 people however there is an obstruction pillar at the middle. The lunch menu was good & tasty.

I have stayed here multiple times during my visits here in Dhaka and have loved it.
Awesome staff courtesy, clean rooms, nice ambience and connectivity to my customer offices.
Breakfast is also decent compared to other hotels and the internet is relatively much better than nearby hotels.
I would say jacuzzi needs little update as it’s a just tub but gym is still fine.
Spa services are good and not shady, so I recommend using it.
Overall, my rating shall be 5 for this 4-star property.
