Save and clean, even if you just use it for a few hours. Was there in the past a couple of times, stay again this month. It changed a bit, some of there services are no longer available, but that is ok, you still can order from outside. Food is ok too.

This hotel is conveniently located just next to Brunei's largest fitness studio opened by the famous actor Wu Chun. There is also a swimming pool and a restaurant serving delicious food and drinks. However, this hotel is quite a few walks away from busy shopping areas if that is what you are after.

I'm a regular at this hotel every month and find the staff very helpful and friendly. It is good value with a shuttle service to/from airport and access to the Fitness Zone and a fresh food type health restaurant. I did not experience any water problems in my room unlike the previous reviewer, I understand the problem has been fixed.... More

Came to stay overnight in this hotel with my family while visiting relatives in Brunei. Checked in early, not warned about the fact that there is a shortage of water supply in the area. Came back late in the evening and discovered the hotel had ran out of water supply! We brushed our teeth using bottled water and went to... More

Nice and helpful staff - clean and functional rooms - good value/price ratio. This is a good alternative if you travel on a budget and want to be reasonably central. They have a free shuttle bus to take you to town

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and most importantly the staff are friendly, nice, and very helpful. We had no trouble going around the city because the hotel provided an efficient shuttle service. We liked our room but the extra bed is not that comfortable. Only downside is that the breakfast may not be... More

The staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is in need of a refurb and I don't know how anyone can give it 5 stars. The fabric on the bedhead was stained and looked terrible. There was electrical wiring to the light stands that had tape wrapped around it to cover the joins in the cable which is dangerous and... More

There isn't much hotel options in Brunei. As I am having only a 3D2N trip, I do not want to spent a lot on the hotel. This hotel definitely give you what you need for a short stay, it is neat, clean and the staff are very friendly. One thing to note is that the mattress is rather old (I... More
