1. Location : The location is perfect. Located right in the main boulevard facing river Mekong and the other side of town. It is also very near to the Giant Ibis bus station, few mins walk away, also near to the royal palace and the night market. There are money exchange offices around, bars and restaurants. And oh, the restaurant... More

Room 117, cheaper room, had ZERO windows, but I did not care. Was unique set up with more like patio enclosure then the room doors. Lovely wooden furniture, I love the Khmer wood work. But the location was great right on riverside and the staff was lovely. Absolutely loved the staff. The wifi was OK could be better and about... More

It is a nice and cozy local hotel with good price. Facing the Tongle Sap river and you will have lots of choices of restaurants and bars just within a few steps out of the hotel. Rooms are jus normal but spacious. Breakfast at rooftop bar with fantastic view of the river front! One can enjoy a 1-for-1 beer during... More

Good riverside location, friendly staff, big rooms and bathroom with rain shower, comfortable king size beds, great rooftop bar and restaurant with a superb view on the mighty Mekong River. In front of the hotel there are always tuk tuk taxis waiting, nice sidewalk cafes in the neighborhood.

I was greeted by very friendly staff. My room had no windows but I did not feel claustrophobic at all for the room was wide!. The toilet was gorgeous, it has a real rain shower aside from the normal shower! The bedroom is separated by a glass door from an 'indoor balcony?' (I have no idea what to call that... More

I have been for a business trip in Cambodia and stayed in Le Grand Mekong hotel, is quite decent hotel located at riverside with very nice view. Hotel staffs were friendly, the sky bar at the 8th floor was really nice, breakfast was proved there and was good. The rooms are quite bigger with complete wood decors in traditional style.... More

We'd booked to stay here through booking.com, based on the reviews and pictures. Upon arrival, it couldn't have looked more different, the lobby was in total darkness and looked like a deserted office block. Given our first impressions, we asked to see our room before paying and were disappointed to find that a lot of the hotel was only partly... More

I've stayed in Le Grand Mekong a couple of times in April and May 2015. It is friendly, clean and the staff are always helpful. OK, it's not Raffles, but you get what you pay for. The standard rooms don't have windows, but the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of storage and the shower works. I've read reviews complaining... More

It is a long journey from San Francisco to Phnom Penh no matter how you slice it. I arrived at 1:00 am to this nice little hotel on Sisowath Quay, and enjoyed a nicely furnished room with a soft bed, a warm shower, with ample towels, and a quiets night sleep. The next mornings free breakfast was superb and the... More
