I had a room that was not facing the street so it was pretty quiet when i wanted to sleep. Its a very convenient location...really is "city centre" There are a number of good and cheap restaurants around. The mattress in my room was very soft and comfortable. Maybe one of the best hotel mattresses I've ever had. The bottom...

I think this is old hotel in phnom penh, because the furniture in my room is too old and condition of our room wasn't good enough. The room is so smelly... I must turn on ac and open the door for a moment to refresh the air. The location near red district. no refrigerator in our room and the towel...

Hotel has excellent location for nightlife on street which have many bars near Tonle Sap river. Value for money is reasonable good. Staff is nice and place is clean. Downside rooms are very small and services limited like no swimming pool. Breakfast was ok.

Thank you for your feedback. We would dearly love to have a swimming pool but it was not included in the original construction and is almost impossible to retrofit. We can direct customers to nearby pools. I personally use a nearby pool on top of a building with great views over the river and has a SPA pool alongside and...

This hotel is always a pleasant stay for me. The location is good, the bed is great and you can have a hot shower and the AC works fine. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is very good. I will be back.

Thank you for your enthusiastic review The three things we pride our self on are a) Soft beds with spring matresses and sprung base (Not foam rubber on wood) b) Full pressure hot showers (each room has its own hot water cylinder, not an on demand trcicle heater c) Elevator to all floors. Not reliant on steep stairs to get...

Stayed here for 3 nights during my short visit to Penh, The hotel is quite old looking in a not so nice looking street, many homeless around and trash everywhere. But aside from the that, the rooms are small no window just 4 white walls and an AC mounted on the wall. the bathroom also was small but practical. I...

( accept lots of black mildew in the shower) The towels were good, pressure and temperature of the water were great( room 407) The service is mostly not...

Stayed here during my trip to Phnom Penn and thought this was a good value hotel. Air conditioned room with hot water, kettle, coffee, toiletries and bottled water daily as well a housekeeping. Only problem was no view, window is to the hallway and if there is any noise you could hear it. There is one elevator and be aware...

Many thanks for your review Gene. We aim at giving good value. We know we are a not a new 4 star Hotel. But we try hard. Its unfortunate that many hotels/guest houses seem to have been built for Cambodian people who are used to steep stairs with short steps(this is what I presume you mean as narrow). Also it...

We stayed here for a few nights and the hotel was in a central location for exploring Phnom Penh. Breakfast was acceptable and you can upgrade for a few dollars if you're really hungry. Can't really knock the hotel for anything and its a good budget choice. Only issue was our personal reaction to seeing our room in person compared...

Thank you for your feedback Andrew. Glad you enjoyed your stay. We are working on upgrading the hotel. Having just replaced all the carpet and expanded the Kitchen we have started a room by room renovation process. Unfortunately we are currently under heavy booking pressure and are full most nights. However once the high season is over and rooms become...
