I staid there for a week or so it was cheep, clean, friendly, and in the right location. I found it to have everything I needed a big bed, a shower, a safe, and was very girl friendly. I was there in July 16 and I am going back in July 17. If that tells you anything, SGM

Rooms filthy, leaking water from ceiling, prostitutes, thieves, drug addicts constantly entering Guesthouse, no credit cards payment available, cash only, no refunds for checking out early. Staff is not customer oriented, money oriented in getting your money! Manager is an illiterate, corrupt Cambodian eager to rip you off! Don't recommend ever staying here due to the illegal activities throughout Guesthouse...

Fairly new place, just off 172 Street. Comfortable beds and clean room. No elevator you need to walk up 5 flights of stairs (top floor). Good nightlife location. No food service, but plenty of places to eat nearby. Daytime front desk staff could be much more helpful. Rooms have a refrigerator and a small TV.

Located conveniently near sorya mall, heart of darkness and pontoon night clubs. For 15$ a night it is very basic, small tv, refrigerator, wifi, and the standard south east asian toilet/shower combo. At least the AC was cold enough, not super cold but enough. Don't expect the small refrigerator to work well either. The only time it half assed worked...
