We spent three nights here , just cross a street from royal palace , riverside and night market . Breakfast was good and room is clean. Staffs are so nice and friendly . Everything as expected and highly recommended this place to stay when you are in Phnom Penh

Good central location next to palace and national museum, tucked away in a small alley and therefore shielded from street noise. Some of the best cheap eats in town are located just around the corner. Buffet breakfast was good (3 different egg options, 3 different types of fruits), but you better get there early otherwise you may have to order...

I stayed here on 2 different occasions in jan-feb 2017 for a total of 5 days. Its a khmer familyrun guesthouse and the owner/manager is very friendly and helpful and can arrange most things for you. His staff is good and polite too. The place is close to the national museum and this is really my favourite area to stay...

Stayed for 2 nights as part of tour. People lovely and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and good guidance on where & what to do. We stayed on floor 6 with no lift so try and get a downstairs room. Good view from roof of hotel at night- not sure if meant to go up to top. Breakfast limited but...

We arrived in that guest house at night. We are charged a very high priced ( about 30 dollars) for a non window room with a sink that had problem. Under the fact this price was abuse, and I do.not accept that, the location is nice.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. We got one of the room without view to the royal palace for the only reason that it was cheaper. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and made calls for us with no charging. There is no elevator, but if you don't mind using stairs that's cool. I'll recomand...

We stayed here luckily for only one night, it was booked through our tour company Gecko. It was horrible, the room smelt, the aircon was always on but felt like it only worked half of the time, the bed were rock hard (standard for an asian guesthouse) but the worst thing was when I got into bed there was a...

My regular guesthouse was booked out so tried this one. I thought it was pretty good value. Room was acceptable for the money and they provided a hassle free visa service. Our bikes were kept secure. Nothing to grizzle about!

The location is perfect for all the nearby sites and the staff are friendly. My room was on the 5 th floor and there is no lift which is not good with heavy bags. I had breakfast included and I have to say the portions are minuscule. I asked for a second cup of coffee only to find out afterwards...
