Stayed here for 2 nights and then a week later another 1 night. The rooftop bar was good fun - cheap beer and food. It was easy to arrange a tuk tuk driver as the hotel provides this facility! Our first stay the room was average (private room & bathroom) but unfortunately our second visit the room was the floor...

After just having arrived in Cambodia I couldn't have thought of a better place to begin my journey. Friendly staff who are always willing to help, a wicked rooftop bar, hammocks, and a view! Situated close to all the markets and with TukTuks available 24/7, I'm happy to say that 11 happy backpackers definitely made me 1 happy customer.

Firstly great staff, very very helpful with talking about the next leg of my trip to organising tuk tuks and recommending restaurants. Secondly the location is excellent few minutes to the Riverside and a few more to the royal palace. The room was very basic and tired, bed decent, cold water shower, air-conditioning and fan worked fine. The very loud...

We came to the bar twice, once as a couple and once with another couple. The first time was nice - cheap beer, cool atmosphere and free pool to play. Music was also OK. Second time we came back we ordered food. Two of us got our food quickly but we were waiting ages for the other two and the...

After spending 6 weeks backpacking SEA, we booked 11 Happy Backpackers with no hesitation. The rooms here, they were the worst we'd stayed in. Our first room was concrete everything with an old bed and no windows which was basically a prison cell. Then our second room was one with a window but a steel gate with a padlock for...

If you can sleep with the rooftop-party playing the same bad songs over and over again. You'll have an advantage. Otherwise this is not for you. If you are willing to sleep in a stinky room under rats dropping excrements near your face (if not on or in your face). You probably will get very sick and should consider avoiding...

I stayed in the 20-bed dorm but it was a huge (massive!) room and comfortably accommodated the number of people. Air-conditioned with fans and comfortable. The rooftop bar was nice, for some people it may be a little noisy at night but honestly I was so tired from being out all day I slept right through it. Great location and...

Stayed here 2 nights, I suppose you get what you pay for, as the rooms are not great, our room wasn't very clean, there was hardly any power points to charge my phone so had to leave it plugged in and on someone else's bed. At the moment there's a big construction site opposite and they start work before 8am...

After first being placed in a room with no windows, we were moved to one on the outside of the building. The Windows and doors were barred and you had to lock the door from outside!! The fact someone could have locked us in made us feel very uneasy. Staff were rude and unfriendly. The only redeeming feature is the...

The place is good. When you book please opt for A/C, if not you end up getting an AC room with fan and no remote and have to negotiate further (they charge USD 2 extra per night for A/C). The place is clean and the reception is warm with smiling faces. They have a fantastic roof top restaurant with good...
