I have stayed here 5-6 times over the past 3 years old hotel, but that I think is part of its charm. Very efficient and friendly staff excellent laundry service and the food is good. Normal rooms needs to be upgraded , but the junior suites are very good. Can definitely recommend this. Hotel

As I approached the Cambodiana by taxi, I had this impending feeling of doom and dread as if I were to step into an ostentatious building with as much charm as a sleazy casino that has seen one too many old men with big cigars and gold chains. Alas, part of that held true when you see the clientele that...

I stayed at the Cambodiana on a school trip. Overall, the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, and they made you feel very welcome. I liked how when you left the hotel at any given time, you could give your room key to reception and they would hold onto it for you until you got back, I was...

I stayed for one night on the 4th of April 2012. The hotel allowed for early check in and it was pretty efficient despite the ASEAN summit and security is pretty tight. The room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is small but user friendly. the rooms overlooking the mekong river is awesome..The hair dryer is missing though... WIFI is...

Nice hotel, great location towards Mekong River. I stayed at 5th fl, spacious room with Mekong River view. Friendly staffs, walking distance restaurants and also King's Palace. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Cambodia. ;)

Our room was in the fifth floor, big one and clean. That floor has a check in lady of its own, very nice. For that floor also there was a complimentary small snack buffet and wine between 17-19, very nice too. Breakfast was good enough. I hated very thick pillows and asked if they would find thinner for me. I got...

The hotel is adequate and rooms on the top floor are better than the ones on the lower floors. I had a river view. But no balcony. Breakfast was ok. Cambonia is definately a 3rd world country and still recovering from the civil war. Internet is chargable.Watch out for very expensive bar charges.

Stayed here 8 years ago. The pool area has been nicely revamped as has the restaurant. However the very large rooms need some TLC. The location is perfect for peace away from the hubbub down town. Short walk to the restaurants by the river. Breakfast was disappointing. Make sure you get a room in the north wing away from the...

Given the prices and the location you would think this hotel would be a prime choice. Think again. It charges top prices, but its old, smelly in places and the staff are untrained, and although willing unable to do much of anything.

This a a big riverside hotel. I stayed on the club level and was, to say the least, underwhelmed. The facilities were adequate and certainly very clean. However, the hotel was very sterile and old fashioned (1970s not 1870s). Finally, I was not pleased with the add on costs which increased the price of the room from average to high....

“If you stay here - get a room with a river view.”
  • Pretty unclean.
  • You be the judge what that stain is - I just never sat on or put anything on that chair.
  • A stain on the chair that looks suspiciously like it might have been made by sitting on it naked
  • Damaged counter - the furniture is pretty worn out.
