One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel staff was rude, bathroom smells bad, breakfast was lousy and the location is very seedy and badly lit at night! If course it's a budget hotel, but I have experienced much better in this price range!

This hotel is not good. The safe didn't close, the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom, the bathroom and bedroom had cockroaches. When we complained they didn't really care. They offer a bar but it's closed so you can only drink in the tiny lounge by reception. Breakfast was of poor quality and room was dirty. People stand on...

This is a nice little boutique hotel in chaotic Phnom Penh. The staff are friendly but don't all have good English speaking or comprehension skills. Staying here requires a bit of patience and you need to be an independent traveller, there isn't a concierge desk. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast is a basic buffet style. Wifi was best...

We Stayed here for 2 days. Nice hotel. Good location. Unfortunately there's no pool would have been great on those really hot days. Otherwise, no complaints. Nice place to stay and enjoy your time here at affordable prices...............

I usually don't like to give bad reviews, but I am extremely angry at how the staff treated me and my family and the only positive thing that I can say is that the hotel is clean and somewhat nicely located. - Wifi is the slowest I have EVER seen, I used to have faster internet when I had EDGE...

For under $30 AU a night this hotel has everything. Comfy bed, large clean rooms, kettle, air-con, free water, towels, good breakfast and descent location. Staff are very lovely and help out where ever possible. Only under 5-10 min walk to most big attractions and all dinning. Would stay here again.

This hotel is okay. There weren't any complaints about plumbing or air con or bugs or cleanliness- all fine. But it has a weird vibe. Not much in the way of service. The "happy hour" upstairs is non existent - as in, the one staff member didn't seem to know it was happy hour even though there are signs downstairs....
