Hotel is located away from busy roads down a quiet little street. It feels removed from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh but a 10 second walk brings you to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable but the real winner is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful and all have...

Great location with lots of shops, restaurants in the area. 30 minute walk to the river/palace area, or a 10 minute Tuk Tuk. Staff are amazing and so helpful. We stayed in the penthouse and the view from the roof top at night is spectacular. Airconditioning is excellent. The only improvement would be the bed which was not as comfortable...

My partner and I stayed for two nights on separate occasions, and on both occasions we had a lovely time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the place and rooms were lovely and clean. You get complimentary water and tea, as well as WiFi, A/C etc. There is a nice top-floor terrace to relax on, and a downstairs...

Friendly welcome, they carried our suitcases up to the 2nd floor where we had the aircon room with a balcony on the back of the hotel Room 7 - definitely recommend booking these larger rooms which are anyway small but have an tiny entrance hall with refrigerator and sink. The ones on the back of the hotel are quietest. Airccon...

We met the kindest staff ever. They spoke very well english, always in a good mood and willing to help or advise. We stayed in the penthouse, not really different than a normal room. Breakfast was not included, which is common in cambodian hotels.

We arrived in Phnom Penh and the driver picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel. We were greeted by smiles and welcomes. They gave...

One up is one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in on my trip to SEA. The room, the bed, the bathroom, everything was good. The staff are lovely and can help you book a bus for your further travels. There is a cute rooftop bar where we enjoyed an inexpensive cocktail before heading out to dinner. The location...

The hotel room was clean and just as nice as the photos. The staff were very welcoming and more than helpful with advice for navigating Phnom Penh and getting the most out of our stay in the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The staff really is great! The manager personally welcomed us, and each time we walked by the lobby, the staff greeted us and made small conversations.
