The surroundings are troublesome to say the least, but inside the hotel you will find peace and quiet, An amazing looking room and great staff! We felt really safe and secured. Phhom Pehn isn't worth too many nights but thanks to the hotel we had a great stay!

We were in the old section of the city . A bit funky area but very convenient to good restaurants. This hotel has a newer building across the street. We had a very large comfortable room. The staff was very attentive. We even had a little balcony. The breakfast was grood and it was very in the new building. the...

I booked a front room with balcony, overlooking the street. Unfortunately I wrongly assumed the balcony would be only accessible from my room, rather than by a hotel corridor, from which anybody in the hotel could actually use it, which was quite annoying, especially the number of smokers who used "my balcony" & stood right outside the sliding glass door...

We stayed in Monsoon Hotel in air conditioning room. We like design of our room - bamboo big bed and nice graphics of green plants on the wall... room was fresh and cozy. Hotel is located in the centre, very close to the river where you can walk in the evening and watch... lights, food stalls, people playing ect. That's...

Overall, good value. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the large bed and bathroom although our room had no window. The location is central to Phnom Penh (although you're right in the middle of the red light district). Friendly staff.

During my 5 weeks travel in the country, I came 3 times to this place . Good rooms, perfect location and overall a great sense of what service is . I had rooms with balcony which I really enjoyed and a very good service . The main asset here is the willing attitude of the staff and the assistance they...

I booked a large room (higher rate) online for 6 nights at the Monsoon. On arrival, I was promptly taken to a room at the other end of the size scale. When I reminded the reception people of what I had booked by showing them the online description, I was shown another 3 rooms which were also tiny. Seems to...

First the good - location, girls on front dek helpful and decent air con. BAD - like earlier reviewer said the room safes have a default number that can be used to open. 7000 Thai Baht went from mine that I only noticed as I was leaving for airport. Lots of other expensive items not touched but I knew I...
