I travel a few months each year, staying in hotels in many diverse places. I have always had very positive experiences but I need to say that my stay at the Rambutan was remarkable. Never have I met such an amazing staff. They were not only attentive without being obsequious, they were genuine in their kindness and interest in making...

We stayed here the whole time we were in PP. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. They arranged a lot of transport for us so it was a breeze. The pool is nice. Being the water festival we spent a lot of time out so we didn't eat at the resort except for breakfast. The pool was nice. The...

The loveliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. And the hotel is great too. Pool was very welcome and location convenient. The restaurant was excellent but still, the standout was the staff... from ordering a tuk tuk to catering to unusual dietary requirements or arranging a car to another town, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Not only is this beautiful resort a quiet and cool haven amidst the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh, they were also able to look after our slightly weird dietary requirements with ease! Gluten free vegan dishes were no worries, they were happy to modify dishes from the menu or just cook us stir fried veggies and rice. We felt...

Nice layout, great salt-water pool, amazing service, very stylish food, etc. The rooms are cement floors and walls (not uncommon for s.e. asia) so it can feel a little bit unwelcoming but the room size is comfortable and have good furniture. In our standard room the shower was very small but overall LOVED our stay here! P.S. ~ my speed...

Just spent two nights at the Rambutan Resort - my room was lovely and the staff were as friendly as could be. The Internet also worked very well, which is a key consideration for me when traveling for business. All in all a very nice and affordable stay. Really my only concern was the mosquitoes in the room; fortunately, as...

The staff are wonderful; so caring and thoughtful. The hotel is impeccably clean and well organised. The food is excellent. Above all, it is an oasis of calm. It is close to most of the attractions - about a 10 min Tuk Tuk ride, and the hotel staff can organise a Tuk Tuk immediately. The wifi is OK - a...

The architecture of the place is nuce. Tge location is not at all ideal. The room was nice, but way too expensive. Breakfast: serving a packages juice in asia is just super wrong!! Only bf item for plant-eaters eas a way too gingery soup... Which was hard to eat! They organized us an overpriced taxi to the beach whith a...

Dear Lucas, Thanks for the feedback and the time you took to write this. I am not sure that I can understand all of your feedback, it sounds like you had some Cambodian spirits before you wrote it. But to have a try to explain; You came in late at night (after 11pm) and the staff offered you different rooms...

It's a generic inn, good bed, clean, with rain shower, and other amenities. I wasn't attracted to their pool though... The service is good, all Khmers I met have been genuinely nice and friendly to me. ......... I arrived at the property fresh from my lovely stay at Arthur and Paul (which is just beside Rambutan), only to be welcomed...

I have stayed a few times at the Rambutan in Siem Reap, but never the Phnom Penh one. And this stay was just the same. Coming into the Rambutan, whether you are in either location, is the feeling of coming home. Dirk and Tommy are such gracious hosts, and the care they have for the staff shows by the way...
