The location is good for the palace and national museum although you're on the far side of them from the riverside area at Sisowath Quay and there's a bit of a shanty town nearby so you probably aren't going to feel too comfortable walking there after dark. The tuk tuks are cheap but you kind of think if you're going...

The Boddhi Tree has three guesthouses. We choose the Aram because it has air conditioning which is extremely important in Phnom Pehn. The staff is very friendly. The food in the cafe is excellent. We really liked the location which is walking distance to the waterfront and great shops/restaurants. It is on a quiet side street. The rooms are clean....

Boddhi Tree has very nice rooms. It is situated right in front of a very sad place, the tuol sleng museum. Unfortunately the service was really very bad, we had to ask twice for everything. The staff in the guest house were very helpful and speak excellent english. We stayed in the guest house on 4 separate occasions on our travels troughout Cambodia and were drown back to the place, good food, relaxed atmosphere, cheerful staff and easy access to the rest of Phnom penh make this an oasis in a hectic city.

The Boddhi Tree is a small guesthouse with a lovely green garden for relaxing in. The rooms are clean and very good value for the price. The only problem is the location - it's quite far from the rest of the city. But it's easy to find (opposite Tuol Sleng Museum) and the friendly staff and good cafe make it...

We were supposed to stay one night there. When we arrived (you entered through the restaurant/terrace ) the tiny place was packed with no airconditioning. The small reception is in front of the kitchen. You have to climb an open wooden stair way to get to your room with all your luggages (not convenient at all). Despite the guide book...
