My husband and I booked 3 nights at the guesthouse and ended up staying 6 due to sickness. It was a good base for exploring the city, always tuk tuk drivers outside and a handy shop almost opposite which sold big bottles of water for 50c. We ended up with a downstairs room, but were told if we wanted to...

The room was ok, a bit grubby, beds were comfy enough but the sheets didn't feel particularly clean. The food in the restaurant was ok but I did get a bit of an upset stomach after having the mixed fried rice (think the fish might've disagreed with me) Location was ok, within walking distance to the waterfront and thats where...

Thought this was a really great place to stay for the price. It is a bit dirty, there's quite a bit of dust in the draws and stains in the wardrobe, bits of wood a breaking off a little too, the paint job in the room hasn't been done with much care but none of these things effect the room...

The location of this guesthouse is good. It is close to many bars, restaurants, the market and the riverside. Our room wasn't the cleanest, and our shower was pretty basic. The owners were friendly and helpful. However on one occasion we waited a long time for our change, and were short- changed. By that time we couldn't be bothered to...

Our room was up alot of stairs but was decent once we got there. This really is a budget hotel. It wasn't super clean but was comfy enough. The bathroom was very run down, yet the water pressure was GREAT! Good for short people, not so good for tall! Location is decent, close enough to walk around, although it does...

Tuk tuk drivers brang us in this place telling it was cheap. But it was not so cheap ; we negociate the price and the receptionist ask us to tell to the tuk tuk drivers that the price was low and cheap. By this way the tuk tuk drivers never know the good price, and they have a lower commission....

Terrible place to stay; rooms are big but not clean, lots of stairs, looks like a maze. Walking from the Riverfront to the guesthouse straight is not a good idea as St. 154 looked a bit odd to us, feeling not safe in the part of the street closer to the river. And quite dirty as it looked very poor....

Good price, large rooms (very warm though and the air con seemed to make no difference) but quite a walk up many stairs to most of them. Friendly staff but once again we were told our bus (which we booked through them) would arrive in Sihanoukville before 12, as we stressed we wanted to catch a boat to Koh Rong...

My husband and I shared a double room here for 2 nights. Surprised by other recent, disparaging reviews. Not the Ritz by far, but we found it to be perfectly acceptable for the price - $15pn, with A/C. Room was top of the building up 3 flights of stairs. Not much of a view, but gets you up and away...
