This review is for the '60s. I stayed a week. And overall liked it very much. It felt like a home away from home. What I liked: * the staff was very patient with my (endless) Khmer alphabet questions at breakfast. everyone's very sweet and helpful. they also helped me get a SIM card for my phone--really appreciated all the...

My 14 year old son and I stayed at the 90's villa in Phnom Penh just last week and we absolutely loved it. We'd stayed in very budget hotels ($18-$25/night) prior to this so this place was like staying in a beautiful mansion. Still VERY affordable and not far from most things in PP. A $3 tuk tuk drive will...

Frangipani Villas is a fantastic boutique hotel in central Penom Penh. It is small and friendly but has large-sized rooms and excellent service! There is also free wi-fi and the room service was delicious! Would go back again!

Stayed there 1-3 Oct 2010 and the room was excellent with a comfortable sitting area as well as outside terrace. Very clean and staff could not have been more helpful. Comfortable area for walking day and night to and from the river front.

I stayed at Frangipani 60s in street 252 for almost four weeks in Nov/Dec 2009. I think it was room 21: lots of space, own balcony/terrace, clean and comfortable for a good price, including free wifi and breakfast. The breakfast is a bit simple but OK and the fresh fruit is delicious. There is a Korean restaurant opposite the hotel...

We spent two nights at the Frangipani 90s villas and loved every minute - the character and charm of the villas and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. We had pre-booked a deluxe room online and put in a request for a room with balcony if possible. We were delighted to be shown to the gorgeous suite...
