We had a large room with two double beds, for a family of two adults and three kids aged 4, 7 and 10. The room was nice and clean, on the third floor facing the river (although the view was obstructed by buildings). The entrance was from an outside corridor/ sort of balcony, where there were chairs and a table....

Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. We have stayed a lots of hotels throughout Laos and this was the worst. Staff don't speak any English so it was very hard to communicate with them. On arrival we also found out they just cancelled our booking without letting us know, and couldn't provide a reason as to why they...

We booked a family room for 3 adults months before arriving in Vientianne. On arrival we were informed our reservation was cancelled without any explanation given. After much discussion we were shown to a twin room with 2 single beds. The room had a strong damp mould odour. As this was unacceptable we were then shown to another twin room...

We really enjoyed our stay here- the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Having 2 rooms for a family worked really well. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The location is brilliant- right opposite the Mekong and only a short walk into Vientiane. There is a nightly food market right opposite, and night market...

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. It's a family run establishment, and while English is spoken, it's fairly limited, but we had no problems. It's located right on the Mekong, along a stretch that is slowly being built up. There was a lively night market a short walk downriver where we got some tasty snacks. A...

We stumbled upon this family-run hotel along the Mekong River when looking for a new hotel. Middle price range, it was a welcome change from the low-budget or very expensive offerings in Vientiane. Quiet. Large rooms, nicely decorated, beautiful traditional wooden decor, large bathroom, fan and air con. Excellent wifi access (included) with a lovely, cool, second floor wooden deck...

I've stayed here about four times now and I'll keep going back. Family owned and run, with friendly and fun staff who take care of everything you'd need from a bed and breakfast. Great a/c rooms in a quiet and beautiful location set a little back from the Mekong and no cockerels around! Inclusive wireless internet or use of their...

We found this place quite by accident on arriving in Vientiane but sometimes it is accidental finds like this which truly make your stay in a town or city special. Although it felt like we were the first guests to stay here judging by the cleanliness of the rooms, this place just oozed character. The rooms were immaculate and after...
