We knew our experience here wasn't going to be pleasant from the moment we checked in. The staff member who checked us in was not personable at all, barely helpful, and seemed to be bothered by our presence. The sink in the bathroom leaked terribly, so the water got all over the floor. The beds were small and stiff with... More

I moved here from a garden hotel just a bit out of town and felt like a hit paradise. The staff were professional. My laundry was finished in only several hours. The bed was comfortable and the pillows just right. Room with balcony was lovely. Just what I needed after two long bike rides to the rural areas, caves, and... More

I booked a room with the description that it is a city view. But they have given me a room facing a wall, which can be quite dark and depressing. I hope they can improve their site announcements. Other than that, the location is convenient and room is of good size. TV connection was not good. For breakfast, one needs... More

Great hotel for couples and families. It is walking distance from most attractions and just a few minutes away from good local and international restaurants. We had a really pleasant stay and got value for our money.. Would stay here again if ever we come back to Vientiane.

if you decide to spend some time in Laos, avoid this place, or at the very least inquire about any construction happening on your floor. Also, you may want to have breakfast elsewhere since everything except the melons was atrocious. The coffee came without milk and there wasn't any sugar, the eggs were runny and the bread was stale. I... More

Easy hotel to stay at. They let us check in early without any problems. Off the Main Street, so nice and quiet. Clean and well maintained. Poor breakfast choices, we ended up eating breakfast out. Not a bad thing as food in this city is so yum and cheap.

We stayed in both a standard and superior room during high season. This place only wins points on its central location, just 50 m from shops, atms and cafes and about 200m from the main former riverside strip that is now reclaimed land. Bathrooms were slimy with mould.

This was our first visit to this hotel and the room was great, it was a 2 room suite and was clean & comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpfull. the food is ok, internet as well . It was during a slow time of year and there wasn't many people at the hotel so it seemed peaceful.

Quick and easy booking, and I received excellent customer service prior to my arrival, even receiving a very nice confirmation the day before I was expected to arrive where we confirmed my stay and airport transfer. Even though the transfer had been confirmed, no one showed up at the airport to pick me up. When arriving at the hotel the... More

Phasouk Vientiane Lao PDR Nice, small hotel. Good location at quiet place. Average breakfast. Wifi working quite well. Safe parking for motorbikes. About 10 minutes walking to evening market at Mekong river bank. Value quite good. Can stay again.
