I saw a lot of god so onod reviews for this hotel as famous one for backpackers such as "Good WiFi", "low prices", "friendly staff" and so on. So: - the price is not cheap at all. For a really small matchbox fan room 2x2 you pay 400 bath. I mean in northern Thailand you can live like this like...

First of all the fare are not the same than on booking.com They make you pay the commission. The room is tiny, dirty, and old. The breakfast is a pure joke... I d like to buy a bottle of water at night and the 4 people at the reception were busy looking at TV so they send me outside to...

Came here alone for a night before going to the airport, however, my stay was an unforgettable one. Arrived with a very blunt receptionist who gave me a key to my room, not telling me how to get there so I had to guess for myself. Getting to my room which was on the top floor I must have seen...

The guesthouse is very nice, clean and tidy. Ok service by the reception desk however would be happy to stay here again. The only issue (as I've seen in a few other posts) are the ridiculous amount of rules and regulations around the place. It make the place look very unwelcoming and you're always worried you're going to break one...

In all honesty I thought it was an OK place, but then I found ants all over my room including all over my bed, when I went downstairs to report the problem, they sent someone up to spray them all dead with raid, which is great when you want to sleep in the same room with a poisonous gas sprayed...

I've stayed here a couple of times in the last six months and it's probably as good a place as you'll find in Vientiane for the price. Reasonable sized, clean rooms and decent service from the reception staff - city maps available. The rooms at the top (there's a lift) are preferable as there's a bit of a view and...

I was about to leave a good comments on this guesthouse for their cleaniness but decided not to because I felt so cheated by them over a transportation service. My husband and I decided to take the guesthouse air-con transport to Nong Khai this morning. We each paid 40,000 kips and the pick up time is 12pm. Actually, we could...

`Since two decades, I tried various budgethotels in Vientiane. The usual poor management and care, complete lack of maintanance and never a refrigirator. This time though, the Mixay Paradise was a real discovery for me: immediately I appreciated the warm hospitality, lovely staff and generousity (unlimited French baguette and coffee/tea) and really felt comfy in my corner-room with airco, decent...

I was recommended by a buddy to come and stay at this hotel, I just wanted to pitch up somewhere, I decided to stay as the staff were really friendly and helpful which was a foremost tick in my books . The room was small as a single occupant but not confined to complain about, a lift 😜.... Tick that...

We stopped here on our way through Laos to break up a travel day. I would defiantly avoid this place if possible. There are about 50 signs hung everywhere sating what you cannot do, and the "fine" they charge you if you do it. Leave you AC on in your room...300k kip, lose a pillow case 100k kip, and so...
