We stayed here for 3 nights and were pleased to see that there were different options for different budgets, we chose a room with shared bathroom for 100.000 kip/night instead of the double room for 150.000 kip. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful, and the guy working in the cafe was smiling and nice and made some...

Cheap and Clean guesthouse nearby city center with free wifi (but they close the modem in the 12 ! why ? !!) . They've got no breakfast but there are some local / street restaurants around there open in the morning and the guesthouse itself has a cafe that you can order coffee andsandwich. I booked a triple room from...

The rooms were clean, large and very well-furnished. They include a large double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, two chairs and a coffee table. It's in a great location, just a short walk from the river. However the wifi only works in the lobby.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Here you get nothing for your money. Especially avoid the room at the ground floor. The toilet flush is not working and it smells incredible bad! And the staff isn't nice at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We booked a double room with an ensuite bathroom for the rate of $22 per night from Booking.com. The sign in front of the guesthouse advertised similar rooms for 150,000 kip ($18). Coming from the border & Friendship Bridge it was really hard to pronounce the name of the guesthouse so that the driver would understand it. Fortunately the guesthouse...

Before we even stayed here, they managed to put me through a little nightmare. We were staying at the Moonlight Champa (which I strongly recommend) and were headed to Luang Prabang. We happened to be passing by Haysoke on a stroll and bought two tickets on the Big Bus to LP from them. We even booked a two night stay...

We got to the hotel at 8 am, asking for a double bed room. The guy at the reception said that they will have a room available for us at noon and we asked him to reserve it. We left our bags there and went to walk around until then. At noon we came back, and the guy suddenly says...

Pros: Single room was clean, and the AC worked just fine. Staff was willing to store my backpack for a full day after I had checked out. Cons: There are 2 bathrooms per floor, one of which had no hot water. The building has 5 flights of stairs for the private rooms. Overpriced, over $25 a night for $5 a...
