We spent 1 night here, this hotel is in a great location near the night markets and plenty of restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful.
What can I say. Everything was excellent!!! Smiling staff ready to fulfill your wishes. Rooms clean and well equipped - and very nice beds for travellers with sore backs. Dining and breakfast was super.
Loved this hotel, slightly expensive for what is on offer, but that’s Vientiane.

Room: big, dark wood floor, small balcony. Floor is a bit slippery. Had tea/coffee, lot of bottled water, canned coke, tonic water, juice(minibar included)

However, if you inform the front desk in advance, then they might be flexible with you providing they are not fully-booked and that you will only be a few hours late so that the cleaning shift can tidy up your room once you leave.
I am speaking from experience when I say this.
It's important to know that this is a popular hotel and often, they might be too fully-booked to accommodate late check-out requests without charge.
