Location is strategic with shopping mall nearby and walking distance, money changer available at the mall. There’s ayurverdic spa at level 7 and Sky Yard restaurant with a magnificent view of the city. Staff are helpful, courteous and friendly, been communicating with them prior to the trip for airport transfer and some tour information. Udeesha, Vishwa and Ganga showed warm hospitality during my stay.

I have visited twice and the hospitality was top notch. The Sky Yard gives an awesome view of the city and the horizon. Thanks to Vidya for the hospitality and the tasty iced mocha and coffee shake that were refreshing after a long walk under the scorching sun. Planning to visit again to try the breakfast buffet.

One of the best hotels we have visited in Colombo. Excellent service, food and friendly staff with the most beautiful smile from morning until midnight. Our team had a 10 day business trip and we all had excellent experiences throughout our stay. Totally recommended for business or pleasure. A part from be a really good hotel, with very comfortable room, wonderful bed, shower, good towels. They have an amazing roof top with a nice view. But the besr part was the Staff! Ganga and her staff were me fell at home. Recomed with closed eyes

Just had dinner and drinks on the roof bar for the 4 time in a few months. Great view over the sea, cold beers and very good food. The food is much better than all the fancy, touristy places nearby. The staff are very attentive and really look after us each time. Great place for a quiet drink and dinner in a lovely location.

Great place for a date or chill time. Food was excellent on the sky lounge. Great hospitality too. Shout out to Ms. Vithya. She was so nice to us and her service was great. Rooms are well maintained and equipped. Excellent place to stay with good view. Overall it’s positive experience. Highly recommended whoever looking for a place to chill out and have a good time.

I happened to find the new hotel by the sea, and stayed there for almost a month. The location is great, view is fantastic, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the rooftop bar is cool. Further, I was amazed by the delicate taste of the foods. The chef might be a genius. The staff were all friendly and helpful which made me feel very comfortable. Once I had a problem, but the staff sincerely responded and solved it, and everything was sorted out. Many thanks to Mr. Owner, GM, Ganga, and all the staff for your hospitality. I will stay again when I visit Colombo. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers to stay in a hotel by the sea.
