The staff was super friendly and helpful starting from the check in all the way to the check out. The facilities at the hotel were very good and very clean. Food was good. The interior at the hotel was very attractive and the atmosphere was great. Nimeshaa helped us with our reservation and made sure everything was arranged perfectly. She was an absolute delight to work with and went out of her way to make sure our stay was absolutely superb. Pearl Grand offered one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel Overall everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and they had amazing food and drinks menu . Staff was so kind and very nice good hospitality I must say. They are very friendly and amazing . I highly recommend this place

We stayed with pearl grand by rathna for more than 10 nights and it was really a fun time we had as we became family to this place since we always choose this place as our favourite most amazing and relaxing place. The staff were friendly and helped & organized a nice cake also for our birthday celebration. Overall The staff is very friendly each and every one of them, special thanks to Ms.Nimesha for making our room booking promptly. Also the facilities were great, lovely rooftop pool and the lobby, lifts and communal areas are very clean and tidy, the room was also nice in size with a great view and the bathroom was also spotless. Mainly our favourite place is kafe 09 specially mentioning Isuru, priyadarshana.We always spend our time there. Feel like home. I recommend this place to everyone.…

I've been there for a couple of days. The entire process—from making the reservation to checking out—went extremely nicely and smoothly. After I arrived, Nimesa double-checked that everything was okay with me. She questioned me about the hotel, the staff, and the Team every day. She always asks me what they can do better for me. Since my flight was in the afternoon, she was able to grant me a late check-out. The room was bit small, but very nice for a couple's visit. A TV, minibar, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities, and some other amenities are available in the bedroom. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the bed is quite comfy. There are bathroom amenities like dental kit, shower cap etc. are available. The cleaning was amazing, and all of the linens are very fresh clean. The staff at the restaurant was very pleasant. Again, the cuisine was top-notch. Overall, I would staying at this hotel is a wonderful place for a holiday in Colombo. I want to thank the entire staff, especially Nimesha, for their assistance.…

Das zentrale Hotel war sehr gut, schöne große Deluxe Zimmer mit Dusche (begehbar) im 9 Stock. Pool auf dem Dach reichte aus, Etwas mehr Sonnenschutz wäre gut! Absolut zu empfehlen , ich als Reisebüro Inhaber werde meine Gäste hier her schicken. Sehr höffliches zuvorkommend Personal, sehr professionell war Mr Jayantha Munasinghe Und im Cafe sehr guter Cappuccino und Service von Mr. Isuru Danke nochmal. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren auch sehr lecker. Hotelpreise waren auch in Ordnung . Das Frühstück könnte besser sein und abwechslungsreicher, auf jedenfall ausbaufähig.

Our stay We stayed for a total of 02 night and it was a great experience. all the hotel staff were really friendly, room was bit small but nice.the service was simply professional and standard.staff also very friendly. specially the reservation managress nimesha was helpful.also need to mention about the rooftop.night time sky bar is really amazing.highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants relaxing stay.

We visited this hotel with my friends. The rooftop area was really amazing at the night time. We all had a great time there. There foods were really amazing. Specifically the high tea.overall level of service and the experience was the best in colombo.specially Nimesha who coordinated our reservation was really helpful and friendly.thank you for that .
