So this was my 3rd Stay in the Hilton Colombo Residence. This time I’ve been traveling with my wife and friends. We’ve booked a 3-bedroom-suite on 30th floor, which was absolutely perfect with a wonderful view on the Lake with the Lotus Tower. On the check inn we realized a very high safety standard, which is absolutely positiv. The room service fulfilled our orders very quick and made our stay perfect. For dinner we’ve had some absolutely perfect Pizza at the Flow Restaurant. After a relaxing evening with a wonderful view from our room we all slept well in cozy beds and started for some breakfast at 0900am. And the breakfast was absolutely impressive. The breakfast chief Rohan Champika gave us a warm welcome and showed us the complete range of Sri Lankan style, western food, fruits and even Sushi. So we all said, this is the most impressive and best breakfast we ever had in a hotel. Also the service was wonderful and we all have been sad to leave this place. The service at ‘Basico’ the bar and cafe on the ground floor was impeccable. Their staff member Kaushal, went the distance to get me the soup I wanted even though the restaurant hadn’t opened for lunch service. Nice atmosphere, good to have a coffee or drink in Colombo or for a meeting as they have great private spaces. The soup was excellent too!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly. They are very warm welcoming. Resturant Manager : Mr . Shanaka , gives special attention to every person and personally go every table to ask whether you like food or not and yes if really miss masala Tea , ask Mr Anthony to cook for you .. he the one who delicious tea .And Kamuda too .Food is amazing Try Srilankan Food .. it’s 100% worth it. The Hilton is not your normal hotel, you have apartments with either two or three bedrooms, this makes it feel like home. The staff there are amazing, Brindsley on the front desk is a star he is such an asset to the hotel. Ruwan and his team on level 3 look after you if you choose to sit poolside, I do recommend Wok night on a Friday, it is brilliant. Kasun and his team in Basico bar are amazing, they really are all amazing and happy hour at 5pm is a must. We had fantastic meals in the Flow restaurant too and the staff there are also so good. My only complaint is staff still wearing facemasks. We travelled during our stay in Sri Lanka and all other hotels had lifted the mask policy. It would be so good to see the Sri Lankan smiles at the Hilton also, it also helps massively with communication. I will return…

We have stayed 6 nights during our vacation in Colombo. That was unforgettable experience in Hilton Colombo Residence. Awesome service provided by all team from entrance security, entire FO team, F&B team and HK team. Special thanks to Mr.Naleen, Srinith, Shrimal, Isuru & Thararka from Front Office. We had a wonderful time at Hilton Colombo residences pool side. That was Sunday BBQ Lunch. That was one of the best sunday lunch in the town. Lot of BBQ items and some more hot and cold diseases. Desert counter was awesome.... Specially I want to highlight team at the poolside. They were very professional and very active. Specially Ruwan, Shanaka, Anthony,Keshan, kasun, ruwantha, Sathish, kumuduni, Kasun and all. I would like to recommend poolside team for any parties that you arrange in poolside. Not only that Chef at the pool were very helpful, chef Dayantha, Indika, Rohan and team... Thank you sooo much poolside team. I'm definitely come with my friend nex time..

Great customer service and the staff made us feel at home. We’ve visited Sri Lanka many times and have stayed in many different hotels and the Hilton Residence definitely marks as number 1. Location of the hotel is great as it is in the CBD close to everything. Walking distances from many shopping malls and other outlets. The breakfast at Flow restaurant within the hotel is to die for, as it includes all kinds of cuisines, ranging from an English breakfast to authentic Sri Lankan breakfast. The service is immaculate so we will be definitely staying at the Hilton residences again!

It was not the first time we stayed at Hilton Colombo Residences. My family and I stayed at this Hotel/Apartments for two full months in Feb and March 2022. And again in Dec 2022, this time with a very bad experience. Money (cash n Euros) was taken by someone from our apartment, someone from the Hilton Residences who have access to rooms for different purposes. We reported that to the security team and then the general manager got involved too. The Security manager was not friendly to us, or to my local Sri Lankan Company representatives who came to support me on that day to report the incident. We felt we were the ones being blamed, not taken seriously, his tone of voice and manners were rude to us. The General Manager got involved a day later, and he was definitely showing a much better care and respect to us as a Customer. I thank him for that. I believe they investigated the incident a bit internally , however we were told there was no proof we had that money and no proof that somebody took it. Felt absolutely unprotected and questioned. We canceled the rest of our stay, and moved to another place in Colombo.…

I stayed in a three bedroom business suite. The suite had a great home office equipped with a printer which was quite helpful to me in getting my work done. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They politely helped me with all my requests. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with keeping the suite clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food and the staff were hospitable yet respectful of the guest's privacy.
