We spent our first night in Sri Lanka at Unique Towers and we’re very glad we did. Not far from many sites in the Center of Colombo, but still need to use tuk tuk to get around. The room we were assigned was great! Huge, very clean and accessible by elevator. Included up to 4 bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Also set up as an apartment style facility which would be perfect for a longer term stay, with fully stocked kitchen (and a large super market across the street and there is full laundry for self washing.

We were well greeted with real fruit juice...which was amazing at taste ..and as we entered in 2/2 ZamZam...we were pleased to see such a huge rooms...and complete Kitchen set...we ordered food from nearby hotel ..also being vegetarian they helped us with possible options available with them...Issues with Hot water which comes sometimes and goes off...rest it must recommended for stay at price...

Good location in most areas of shopping and entertainment center. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Check out from time time to get value for money- suggested for long stays. Wifi is provided for free It is so safe as it has 24 hour security.

It was my first time in Sri Lanka with my family. After looking at dozens of hotels online, we landed upon this service apartment. The accommodation can be described as lukewarm; it's cozy, spacious, and furnished enough to make you feel comfortable - at the same time, it doesn't have that much grandeur to its services. You'll be required to self-cater your stay here, which is not a problem as there is a huge department store right across the street from this place. I recommend staying here if you are coming for vacation as a huge group; friends, family etc.

Well equipped, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and 2 showers. Fantastic to sprawl out in on our first night in Colombo. Well located - sort walk to Park St Mews for selection of restaurants. Tuk tuk ride to Galle Face cost SLR 150 x2 (we took 2 because of the size of family). Apartment very cool and surprisingly quiet. A great night’s sleep for all!

I highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us complementary drinks on reception. There was also complementary water bottles in the fridge. The apartment very specious. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well equipped.

Great location (lots of local food and supermarket) and walking distance to temples and Odel. We used the hotel for airport pick up and drop. Staff were very very helpful for advice and guidance and we used them for a personalised day trips to Galle (we stopped along the way at Bentota) and also for a half day trip around Colombo museums and temples. The car / van was perfect for each day, the driver was very safe and friendly. The hotel breakfast was to order and was great also.

Enjoyed the stay though it was short, staff was very friendly and close to the city. There were many food outlets in the vicinity, clothing boutiques were near,easy to get a cab, staff was there to help even services that was not available in the premises, like changing foreign currency.

. This is the worst holiday experience. 2/3 A/C’s aren’t working. When staff comes to check, they agree that they are bad.. But in return never resolve the issue and in turn the reception staff “Dilshan” has the audacity to say that I’m creating trouble because my A/C is not working. Pls tell them that without A/C and fan I’m sleeping in this master bedroom... it’s suffocating and choking...!! Shame on your services. I still have to stay for one more day here...!! Only god will help...!! Manager doesn’t take the call is never available on shift...!! This hotel sucks..!!!

Stayed 2 nights in the penthouse. There are actually gym machines available on the last floor. I didn't know about it until when we packed all our stuff and left the house. The house provides a comfortable feeling. It feels like home when relaxing and watching the television.
