I stayed in this Hotel for 45 days and the overall experience is good. Staff is very cooperative and pay extra attention on your every request. One can find a lot of variety in the buffet(Special dinner buffet is served every Friday). Rooftop experience is amazing, a must try. Rooms are clean and well equipped and designed. Ocean View is amazing.

We had a beautiful 3 weeks holiday stay at Radisson Colombo with exceptional service all round. Occupying a Deluxe Room on the 11th floor, was a breath of fresh air with a wide uninterrupted full sea view window, to a spacious and tastefully furnished bedroom and wonderfully spacious bathroom was indeed a very comfortable long stay away from our home in Germany. The Staff were just amazing from Front Office Staff Hisham who was very efficient, always took charge of any situation and very helpful, with Bhanuka & others as well. It was refreshing to be greeted every morning by the charming and pleasant Champi in the Dining Restaurant who certainly has very good customer service skills, so helpful and ready to serve with a smile together with Maduranga, Samith, Lakmal and the Kitchen staff too who were always helpful. Champi although a cashier, rolled up her sleeve to speak to every guest to ensure that they were well served and taken good care of, she certainly deserves a commendable recognition for her efforts to bring that extra level of service for the hotel. Room Service Staff Kasun and Housekeeping staff Arjun, Sampath and Shahid were always very pleasant and happy to serve with a smile. Even the Security Officers Indika and team were so friendly and helpful. We were on BB basis and found the breakfast buffet served very good menus although not an extravagant spread it was tasty and ideally catered for every pallet. The Roof Top Restaurant and Pool bar was a lovely setting to enjoy a coffee or juice with visitors whilst the main dining Restaurant did have some very good Dinner and lunch buffets as well…

At US$80/- a night it was pretty basic & lacked few basic amenities in the bathroom. The reception desk were so confused during check-out. Nice & courteous staff, but lack training as per Radisson standards. Location is outstanding if you love the ocean, view was breathtaking. Overall experience average, not value for money.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere, fantastic beds and bedsheets. Very professional and friendly staff in general at the hotel. A special thanks for the service from the reception staff as well from the front office manager/hotel manager not sure about the position. We will come back!

I have booked to my family on 15th December 2 rooms for 4 nights, from reservation, front office, housekeeping & check in to check out, every staffs cares us so much and also so professional. I would like to extend my Special gratitude to GM Mr. Saman & FOM Bhanuka who was taking care of our stay. The rooms are luxurious and spotlessly cleaned, view & ambience are breathtaking and noting but last breakfast was superb, I mean what else do we need. Nice location and connectivity. Good food and staff are professional. Great view of the Arabian sea and also lots of options to eat nearby, including on beach restaurant. Check-in and check-out flexibility and other services including car hire, etc.

The manager in charge of the rooftop bar Thushara was exceptional. Made us feel comfortable and kept asking us what we needed for our table. Excellent service. Recommend everyone to come here cause not only the manage but the waiters were courteous. If someone had to ask about the food, I should definitely recommend the cuttlefish.
