We stayed for 2 nights in March 2017. Nice hotel, central, good breakfast, bar. No restaurant in the hotel, but a few nearby. Close to markets, small shops, Amur Timur Square and city sightseeing bus.

We stayed at City Palace for 4 nights on an organized tour. The rooms are excellent, the bed comfortable and the room is very well noise-isolated. You are even given slippers and emergency kits of all kinds. There is an excellent swimming pool with hot jacuzzi besides, sauna, hammam and all you wish for. The breakfast was very good, with...

I was there for my bachelors trip and we really liked the hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained however they were very small. Buffet breakfast had a good spread however it takes lot of time to explain anything to the staff as they understand little bit of English. Recommended for family and friends stay

I lived in the hotel for three days from the date of October 10, 2016. Narrow rooms + Old Furniture + blankets unclean + bad service + poor breakfast + high price + housing would not recommend this hotel.

Professional hotel staff, providing good service. Good English speaking. Hotel well located, very central. Clean room. Recommend to avoid breakfast and food in general including room service. Better eating outside.

This is a big hotel but was hardly occupiued during our stay. However the staff were incrediby helpful and friendly, the food was always better than we expected and things worked well. The rooms did have economical lighting, which made the a bit gloomy and hard to read in. But they are comfortable.

It is everything that you would expect from a 5* hotel in most cities in the...
