Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a road trip around Turkey. It's very central for the square and many restaurants close to it. Accommodation and food was very acceptable. No complaints worth mentioning

Hotel is located on one of many little streets that lead into Taksim Square, the heart of modern Istanbul. Because it is located NOT in the main road, it is quiet yet one is only 3 minutes walk away from the Taksim Metro and bus station, and 5 minutes away from restaurants and shops along the Istiqlal Caddesi, the pedestrian...

I didn't stay here, but I did eat here - we also had unlimited free drinks, and we enjoyed a great view from the rooftop restaurant - even though some construction work was going on down below, it didn't spoil it. Food was great - very filling and very tasty, and I'd happily eat there again.

We were staying from 27th of November for four days. We loved the hotel, nice location 5-10 min. from Taxim square , great food in Breakfast area, pleasant room, although not so spacious for family room but good size . Overall it was great for a short trip to Istanbul. I would strongly recommend for tourist and business travel.

I stayed here at the end of tour with "On the Go Tours" and was extremely impressed with the hotel. The tour claimed to provide 4 to 5 star hotels and this is probably the only one that I would give a 5 star rating. Was given a massive room, bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom and modern and clean....

I recently stayed in this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. The staff took very long to check in. The concierge guys kept on commenting all the while. The housekeeping staff had a long face all the days we were there. The cleanliness was okay. Breakfast spread were same everyday. Overall the staff lacked friendliness.

The hotel is about 10 minute walk from Taksim square. My room had a view on the street, above a night club called "crazy taksim", which party-goers were very loud. I had one terrible night because of the noise coming from outside. On the other hand, the room and the bathroom (its door couldn't be locked from inside, wich is...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
