The best thing this hotel has going for it is its location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the T1 tram Laleli stop and so well placed for trips to Sultanahmet, where most of the tourist sights are, Eminonu (ferries) and Beyoglu (restaurants). When we walked along the corridor to our room, there was a hole in the...

I like this hotel, because its clean, safe, cheap, kind staff, and very good location for shopping. Near the Monaco hotel is very nice dinner place, Kosebasi (on the 8th floor, of Darkhill hotel), i recomended it!!! The only minuss, sometimes, is poor breakfast.

We love this nice and quiet hotel for friendly and helpfull staff and very good location for shopping. Rooms is clean, comfortable and with free wifi in the room. Very beautiful and stylish lobby :) Close to restaurants and tram. One thing is bad and it is breakfast - so poor. But also we like this hotel and definitely we...

We stayed here on a Top Deck tour and as I had checked the reviews on Trip Advisor before we stayed, I was expecting a lot worse than what we received. The rooms are basic but fairly comfortable and we found the wifi to be better than most other hotels in Turkey. The bathroom was only borderline clean in our...

I stayed here with Topdeck and have to say the hotel was 'average' at best. The breakfast left me uninspired, the room was clean and neat and water press was ok. For some reason myself and my roomie were placed in a triple single room when there was only two of us. Staff were also very rude to the girl...

Well located in a quiet street, but close to restaurants and tram and bus stop at Lalite-Universite. Walking distance to many of the major sights including the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and the Grand Bazaar. Rooms OK, clean, comfortable and (free) in room wifi, but rather thin walls, so if you have noisy neighbours, complain to reception!

I stayed at this hotel for a night. Wifi: shocking, no connection in rooms. Rooms: there were bugs in the room, one bit my eye and I had a massive lump. Breakfast: very poor, no coffee Staff: not friendly at all. I ordered a taxi through reception to go to the airport they called someone for me. The person that...

Where do I start with this hotel. If you are on a Topdeck Tour DO NOT STAY any extra nights. On arrival I was given what I best describe as a dog box of a room that looked at the lovely air conditioners. I was moved to room 102. The shower drain was blocked and the shower flooded. I was...

So we came here as a medium-sized group in August planning to visit certain historical sights of Istanbul. Keeping that in mind the hotel seems like a good option for its location near Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc. It is near the tram line, it offers free Wi-Fi connection and breakfasts are rather good. However, one could complain about...

Stayed here for a top deck tour and then for two additional nights after the tour. For the price you can get a much nicer hotel closer to Sultanahmet. The staff were not helpful and tried to make us move rooms three times over three consecutive nights. They agreed to put us in a double room at the instruction of...
