As first day travel to Turkey, stay at the White House was amazing and memorable. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel for the impressive hospitality, perfect clean comfortable room, top quality of service, helpful staff and great location in the old town. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm welcome with drinks, a handwritten letter from the owner. We were also upgraded to family room, which also had nice touches of rose petals spread over the bed. A gift tray of fruit & cake was delivered to our room at late night. when we were checking out, the hotel staff presented us with apple tea and some Turkish delight as parting gifts. The unique one night stay was full of nice surprises and exceeded all our expectations.

White House Hotel Istanbul is a very high-end, luxurious hotel service with breathtaking views and fabulous amenities. The staff is very professional and service oriented. The rooms are beautifully decorated authentic and spacious. There is even plenty of Turkish baths in the neighbourhood The hotel Owner, Mr. Harun Cadirci was very helpful to me before I arrived in helping me arrange all the activities, including, tours, , as well as evening, dinner, reservations, and transportation. The breakfast had great food, service, and views . The staff was very attentive quick, and had I highly recommend this property, and we surely will visit again.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Excellent location. Unbelievably courteous staff. owner/Manager Mr Harun CADIRCI was everything you could ask from a mindful hotel manager. Lots of small but thoughtful gestures: like a gift on the day of check out, packaged breakfast since we were checking out very early. As for the hotel itself, the family room had three large beds (beautifully decorated on the date of our arrival), enough and more toiletries, safe, coffee maker, mini-fridge, etc. Best of all, great breakfast spread. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the White House Hotel on two occasions in February and March 2023. The hotel is extremely well situated in the old city with easy walking to all the major sites, Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar etc.. Many restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff at the hotel are superb. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes and is situated on the rooftop with views to the Bosphorus and Aya Sofia. The superior rooms at the rear of the hotel on the fourth floor are spacious and opulently furnished (but no view), whilst the rooms at the front of the hotel are smaller but have a balcony overlooking the street. There are many nice touches that make the experience memorable. All in all a very enjoyable hotel stay and highly recommended.

A lovely clean, homely, hotel. Wonderful staff always on hand to advise and help. The roof terrace is a lovely way to start the day with breakfast. The terrace is also available at any time for a coffee, which is nice if you need a break from the busy city during the day. The hotel is near the tram which is a great way to see the city. The location is in the old city area near all the well known tourist sites. This makes it easy to visit the sites, but there is a fair bit of “hard selling” by restaurant doormen, guides, shop keepers. Not a big deal, best to go with the flow, and give yourself time to visit other parts of the city. I would definitely return to the White House Hotel.

Hotel is a great location to visit the many Istanbul sites in and around Sultanahmet. Also just a short walk to the T1 tram to get to spots further away. Surrounded by restaurants (I enjoyed the one next door). Entire staff is super friendly and eager to please. Breakfast spread has so many options. I only needed light snacks for lunch. I was upgraded to a larger room since one was available during my period of stay.

A memorable stay in this charming local hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches- a warm welcome and refreshments on arrival from Harun, practical advice and help available at all times eg using the excellent city tram system. Lovely breakfast room and terrace. Good fresh and healthy breakfast options and tea or coffee available all day. Top marks to the wonderfully courteous and attentive staff- they really made our holiday extra special.

The hotel is outstanding! There couldn’t be a better location, with less than a five-minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. Besides the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia being there, you can also easily catch the tram. We had a Double Deluxe Room with Balcony, on the top floor, which was “royally” decorated in all white and gold. The manager Harun was VERY helpful, answering many of our questions ahead of time by email. At the desk, Kemal was great, making our tour reservation, airport taxi reservation, and showing us how to use the tram system. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, served on the Rooftop Terrace with a view of the Blue Mosque (see photo). The terrace has a 24/7 commercial espresso machine for coffee all day. From now on, whenever we want to stay in Old Town Istanbul, the White House Hotel is our choice!…
