I booked in Ares Hotel via Booking.So Ares Hotel didn't confirm my reservation.Booking did.Ares Hotel only sent an email 5 days before my arrival to ask me if i wanted private airport service which,in my opinion, was quite expensive and totally unnecessary,because the tram is super convenient!!
