Clean rooms, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere! Location is perfect. It is just 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia, 10 mins to Topkapi palace. Additionally, tram station is so close to the hotel, its only one minute walk. Big range of nice restaurants in near vicinity offering Turkish and international cuisine.

This hotel is a very good hotel. It is located in the Sultanahmet region of Istanbul. It is just a walking distance to all major tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. It is also surrounded by different shops and restaurants. The hotel is small but very clean. The room is very nice and... More

The location is closed to Ayasofia, just few hundred meters walking distance. The property is small but clean and close to all old city attraction. The location is closed to Sultanahmet stations/Ayasofia. The place was difficult for my taxi driver to find at the first place due to its location and one-way road traffic in that area. Nice hotel, friendly staff, situation very close to the Blue Mosque and other tourist sites. Only downside was that the window looked out onto a brick wall. Breakfast was good in a very bright breakfast room with good view of the city. Room was spacious and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
