What I liked about this hotel was that we got a big room and it was not facing the street, so the view was ugly, but it was very quiet at night; the bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. However, the staff...More

Stayed only two nights but found below the worth of money. Breakfast was below standard (not 5 stars hotel quality), service bad, WiFi reception in rooms very bad.
Excellent new bathrooms and furniture. Manager was understanding about the complaints.
Hotel very well. Close to center. Very new. Very confortable room. Wide bed. Very clean. But the service in reception is very bad. Staff no good. Questions were always contested with no simpathy. I think that the staff are not proffesional. It is a pity.

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

I will not recommend that you stay in this hotel. Although, four years ago, I had a very good service here, the service has drastically gone down as of July 2017. the staff is very rude and if you get into any problems, you can bet that they will not help you. Check out ADA Hotel that is not so far from this place and is in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the attractions.
The ADA hotel is not fancy but run by a retired doctor and they have very pleasant staff.
