Noisy - loud music and people in the bar downstairs make it impossible to sleep and complaining about it dosen't result in anything, bad service, uncomfortable beds, weird breakfast with very limited choices. Only positive thing about the hotel is the decoration and look of the rooms, but unfortunately this becomes an unimportant factor. Don't book here if you want...

The location is 10 meters from Istiklal street))) 5 minutes walk to the metro station. 20 minutes sloooowly - and you are on Taksim) There is a bar on the first floor of the building and the hotel is on 2-4 floors. its about 15...

The only negative thing about this hotel is there is a nightclub next door - that depending on what room you're in it could annoy the poop out of you – I decided to go down to the nightclub and enjoy myself then crash later on – My room had a unique design a nice deck – a really comfortable...

This hotel stay was the worst experience I ever had in my entire life! The music coming from the bar right below was so loud that we were not able to sleep for the entire night. Despite continuously complain the only excuse I got was that the music would continue until 2 a.m. This has ruined our entire next day,...

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel in August. The room (deluxe) situated on the 4th floor was big, beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast also included in the price is very good offering plenty of choices. This was a second trip to Istanbul and we love staying in Beyoglu where the night life is so much fun! The hotel is...

My first two nights were quite good. It's a small modern hotel with tasteful design located close to Istiklal Cadessi with its many shops and old diplomatic buildings. The nights to Thursday and Friday were terrible. The hotel is on top of a pub with music entertainment and the weekend celebrations started at the street level. High level music until...

I love this hotel. Stayed twice in it so far and wasn't disappointed. The rooms themselves haven plenty of character and are kitted out with the little comforts. Bathroom is great, with a small separate wet room (though shaving is a bit of a problem because sink isn't design to shut). Staff is super efficient and courteous. The location is...

Pros- great location, well equipped, sympathetically decorated rooms, good value for money, decent enough service and edible food Cons- it is noisy in the evening, we ended up by joining in with the bar in question for a few night caps which helped things along. When we were at the hotel is was almost too deserted inside , lacked some...

Pros: Location, Wifi, Rooms, Service, Shower/bathroom Cons: Bed, Noise, Service, Restaurant As with my other reviews, I weigh service higher than other aspects. Checking in was great and the guy who did so was very nice and efficient. Furthermore, the heat in my room wasn't working and he immediately took action. I ended up in another room in the same...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
