Although our confirmed resevation on Expedia was not booked in Eastwest hostel and we have not stayed there but their staffs (esp Arash) did their best to solve and refund our money.

The hostel is located in a dark steep street. Almost impossible to find without a map. When I arrived, I was informed that the room was located on 5th floor and there was no elevator. The air conditioner was broke. Nothing looked the way it...More
