Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. I doubt this hotel would do special requests if breakfast is not open. I assume they have room service but stick to specific hours. There are coffee and breakfast places across square. Breakfast at cartoon ends at 10 but was packed, and elevator wait is LONG, if they work. Stay elsewhere is my advice.
