The hotel is fantastic, we stayed for the crypto conference, the staff are very helpful. The accommodation is very luxurious and well equipped. The restaurant offers a huge choice of cuisine and the staff are very helpful and friendly always smiling. Our waitress was Deniz and she was always happy smiling as she kept busy. We are relaxing at the hotel from 22.03. for 4 nights. Pros: - beautiful hall; - a fairly large room; - comfortable bed, pillows, clean linen; - there were no toothbrushes or other sets in the room; they were brought immediately upon request; - good cleaning (not including dry cleaning); That's all! Minuses: - we waited until 16:45 for check-in! As a compliment, they “upgraded” the room category to the 23rd floor - it’s just ridiculous, we should have it there, because... executive rooms in the hotel start from the 22nd floor, plus they gave us vouchers for coffee, which is also funny, we could drink it in the lounge from 15:00 if we were checked in on time; - the furniture is old, one might say ancient, it looks appropriate; - panoramic windows, cool, but if you don’t pay extra for the view, there’s no point in them, because... a view of the neighboring building, a construction site and the roofs of lower buildings, the couch from which you can look at this view is stained, there is no desire to sit on it; - You can’t step on the shower mat without shoes! - the breakfasts are simply disgusting, both in the lounge and in the common area, starting with coffee and ending with vegetables and herbs; - there is no point in paying extra for the lounge, because there is nothing to eat there (burgers, pasta with vegetables, which is completely incomprehensible, cheese, pies, etc., everything is not tasty) and the simplest alcohol, besides, all this from 18:00-20:00, most often was not available at the hotel at this time; We haven’t visited the spa yet, but I no longer have the desire to. Of course, they didn’t investigate, they simply returned his coupons to the manager. Turkish Airlines included a 2 night stay in this hotel and we were very impressed with it. Great breakfast, entrance lobby, health and fitness centre and pool. Our non smoking room smelt of cigarettes though and we never heard back after requesting to swap rooms, hence 4 stars not 5. The doorman Kadir Yayla was a most friendly, helpful and welcoming guy - perfect for his job. The front door was also made even better by the hotel’s resident cat, Sherry, who would lie under the heat lamps and enjoy the attention from guests!

We have stayed 8 nights at Hilton Bomonti, and we have chosen this hotel due to its location and pictures. The hotel is considerably well located and the facilities/room are very much like the pictures. The Executive corner room has an amazing view, and we were able to easily visit all places we wanted from there. However, there are some areas for improvement in the hotel; specifically the breakfast, lounge and communication. There's no guidance in the breakfast, which results in guests walking with a full plate looking for the best table (not Hilton's fault) and creating a very chaotic situation, like people seating in tables already occupied. Some guests are also not familiar with the self-service system, choosing the food with its own hands and sometimes putting it back after touching it. Several people would also make a buffet out of the buffet, which resulted in kilos of waisted food. There's also a huge variety of bread and pastries, but quantity is not equal to quality. Sometimes less is more. After the second day, we decided to keep the basic (yoghurt and croissant) instead of taking something else that lookeed spetacular but tasted like all the rest. We have also problems with our remote control and contacted reception for a change. They informed it was changed, but it was still the same remote control with same problem. We went again to reception, they informed us that a person would be sent but we had again the same one (we checked the batteries and a specific sign at the object). We just gave up, and abandoned the tv.. If you are booking a room with Executive lounge: it has an amazing view, and a good variety of drinks/food. Bad side: there' basically no check. You can basically have the cheapest room and wait someone open the door and you would have acess to lounge and its food like everyone that has paid for it. We have reported it to the hotel management, as we saw guests bringing up friends and family member over to the lounge (although they were not in an executive room), and nothing was done. And last but not least: if you are booking this hotel because of the nice outdoor pool; be aware there's a 10 euro fee per day, per person. You have to check very good at their website, or check comments/faq at Booking to find it. Nevertheless, we had a good stay. But not the 5 star experience we would expect.

good evening, I am Mr. Mehdi Ben Sedrine from room 1020 I spent 2 nights from 21/02 until 23/02 I am writing this comment for this hotel because I really appreciated the high courtesy of the staff and the good welcome here at hilton bomonti there is cleanliness hygiene everywhere on all floors its structure is harmonious glazed in the form of a helix it's beautiful and it's magnificent! the food at breakfast especially is extra-delicious either sweet or savory there is calm no disturbance all the managers of this establishment are attentive to each request this is where you can organize a seminar or a congress or meeting between a chairman and for that; I highly recommend Hilton Bomonti Istanbul and I rate it 10/10 it deserves 5* and more, a big thank you to Mr. Gökçe the duty manager and to all the staff thank you very much I am proud of my stay it was pleasant! well done and i will be back inchallah.

With Executive lounge access, which is offered when you choose an Executive room, you get delicious treats throughout the day, and meals and alcoholic beverages between 18-20 are also included in the price, which saves you from having to worry about where to eat in the evening. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath were fine, but the pool could have been warmer, it was cool. Overall I recommend it. The breakfast was extremely successful and rich. The location is also very good. Nişantaşı is within walking distance.
