Hi to all,
Sorry for my delay in comments, I visit Istanbul with my family from 9.8.2017 to 19.8.2018 (10 Days). We spend so nice time during historical places visits nearby the hotel, the tramway (20 meter from hotel) helped us a lot to reach...More
Staff were very helpful, friendly and available to assist us. Great location - walking distance to most historic sites. Breakfast offered a very good variety including fresh fruit and delicious baked goods.
Hotel is very conveniently located, close to major attractions (Aya Sofia, Top Kapi, beautiful park Gulhane).
Friendly staff, clean rooms, though rather small ones.
The room facing the street was a bit noisy because of the tram station just a around the corner.
Rooms were very small and the pictures are not as described. The rooms in the old building are not that clean. The choices in the breakfast was very limited.
The best that I liked is the location of the hotel.
Hotel is well located, within walking distance of all major sites and shops.
Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.
Reception/front manager, Sati Ummaz was very kind and helpful.
Rooftop Breakfast was provided by sister hotel, just over the road.
Well managed and organised.

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
