We have stayed 6 nights, very good location just 15 minute walk to sultan ahmet ,250 meter from Metro station (veznicillar) &250meter from tram station (lalali university) , clean hotel , breakfast was delicious, wifi OK.

However, it depends on which airport you arrive in (in terms of price - Sabiha Gokcen or Ataturk). In addition, you can always use car booking services such as Uber, which is rational in price and efficient. I used Uber and it was great.
