The service was fantastic, with the staff always on the ready to help in any way they could. We traveled with 7 people, and always had something going on...the Tria really stepped up to...

I found Tria (the new one) while strolling down on the Akbiyik Cad exploring Istanbul, and was attracted by its cute and chic design at first. Then, when their F&B Director, invited me for a room inspection, I was impressed with his enthusiasm and warm hospitality. A few days later, I checked in and all their staffs truly made me...

My wife and I stayed in Tria Hotel, Istanbul, for six nights in September 2009. We reserved a standard double room from the hotel’s website. This was our first trip to Istanbul, and the free transport from and to the airport was greatly appreciated. Management and staff were very friendly, always ready to help. From the moment we arrived at...

Brilliant location - right in the centre of the old city, many cafes and restaurants seconds away, beautiful views of the Bosphorous from the rooms, wonderful roof terrace with views of the Bosphorous, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. The rooms were very good and the included breakfast was delicious. But what stood out about this hotel were the staff: the...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
