It is more GOLDEN HELL than Golden Hill. If you have to choose between sleeping in a tent and staying in this hotel, you'd better choose first. The hotel is AWFUL, it's TERRIBLE. The staff are rude. The service is nothing like what every one calls service. The rooms are dirty. There are a lot of bugs there. I woke...

Just it's a average hotel with kindly staff. reception staff knows English and very helpful specially for addressing. it has good location and the tramway station is just 5 minutes walking. also the Friday bazaar is in front of the hotel. generally, it's clean and comfort for resting during the night but it's not luxury at all.

As the title of my review suggests I was not entirely happy with my 2 wk stay at this hotel. I was there for business, so the company I work for did the booking. The major issue is the odor, especially in the training and conference hall. It's immensely NASTY that spraying did not help at all. The place obviously had...

I have been this hotel a few days ago. It is at very bad condition. An old Tv set was not work at all. Bathroom tubing was broken and you could not use it. Rooms humidity is high in winter. It looks like a sauna. My camera was stolen from my luggage in room. Be careful about your worthy things.

Overpriced, weared down, noisy, dirty, TV not working, no wifi in rooms but with good abundant breakfast. Being stuck at the airport for delays. I booked this hotel at the airport. They charged 180 euro for a night. The list price at the hotel is 120 (the overcharge wasn't done by the hotel, but the reservation office at the airport)....
