Location and and excess to Metro is excellent. Hotel staff are nice, especially Mr. Kareem who has coordinated on the hotel booking. This is my 2nd trip as we have attended a exhibition which is walk-able distance. However only down side is on the hotel aircond. It's generally set at 27 degree in June !! Temperature outside is cooler than...

i stayed at a hotel recommended by family - very nice location - high end part of istanbul but not very touristy in the Nisantas region of istanbul. it was easy to do shopping and get around. the upside was friendly and helpful staff, the downside was the hotel could do with some refurbishment. The breakfast was quite good.

We stayed weekend in Istanbul at this hotel. Hotel is located in the heart of Nisantas. Excellent location for us. Rooms are very large, clean and has nice decoration. Staff were kind and helpful. My sister had a birthday during the stay and they sent her cake and drinks - very nice thought! Hopefully we will return soon.

This hotel looks a little odd from the outside (looks very small, neon lights and next to a wig shop) but once your are inside it is a nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and clean and the price is good for the neighbourhood (nisantasi is an upmarket suburb with the likes...

Stayed here while attending a conference at nearby Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts in Oct. 2012. Hotel is small and although room was not spotlessly clean it was of an adequate standard for the rate I paid (75 GBP per night including breakfast and wifi). Breakfast was also quite nice, not a huge selection but lovely stuff and very...

I loved this hotel. Very close to a Metro station (Osmanbey, only 1 stop away from Taksim), offers comfortable double rooms as their basic accomodation and a generous bathroom, see my pics. Room had air-contioning and a reliable free internet. Security box was provided. Windows were tick enough to isolate the room from outside noise, so I had excellent sleep...

We stayed there in October with our baby, and we were very much satisfied. The main reason was the amazing hotel manager Serpil Hanim. She made sure that everything was perfect for us. She even watched our son while we were having breakfast! The rest of the stuff was very friendly and professional as well. Location is great, rooms are...

Staying in Sisli

Neighbourhood Profile
Sisli
For much of Istanbul’s history, Sisli and the area just north of Taksim Square were open countryside used mostly as hunting grounds. These days, Sisli and its chic streets are considered the very heart of contemporary Istanbuli life, where an epicenter of fashion and a thriving business district meet to create an expressly “downtown” feel. Though largely a residential neighborhood, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale shops abound with many of them situated inside or nearby Cevahir Istanbul, the biggest shopping mall in Europe and second biggest urban shopping mall in the world. Shopaholics and fashionistas travel from near and far to browse the area's mix of major global brand items and creations by popular Turkish designers.
