We visited this hotel for three nights as part of a Christian tour group and was delighted with our experience. We stayed in February 2015 during one of the coldest cold snaps in memory for the area. The room was warm but the hallways were chilly because the glass doors to the outside lacked weather stripping and there was a...

We were part of a team of 60 people that spent 4 nights in this amazing palace. That's right, it's a real palace that has been converted into a spacious hotel. It is a surprising oasis in the town of Bethlehem. It is safe, clean, with excellent meals and spacious rooms. We loved staying here. It was February, so we...

A well rounded hotel will all amnesties imaginable. Spa, pool, gym, business center, easy wifi, bar and luxurious restaurant. A great service and smiles all around, clean rooms and a truly breathtaking traditional architecture. With a 3 minute taxi ride to the Nativity Church it's is truly a great choice that we would surely repeat and recommend.

We had a large group staying here and we were treated like kings and queens. Service was top notch. Rooms are wonderful, views and gardens breathtaking. Our group had breakfast and dinner provided and every meal was fabulous, much variety with authentic flare. One room did have some issues but they were quickly handled and exceeded expectations.

There are plenty of hotels in and around Bethlehem, however this one, the former Intercontinental Hotel, seemed to be a class apart. The security was great, as was the service. Decent size carpark with good security. Large swimming pool. There was a good sauna and spa area, all very clean. Several eating locations. The evening meal was great some real...

We stayed here for 3 days over Christmas 2014 and overall it was lovely though we did have a few minor problems. They originally gave us a room overlooking the loading/delivery dock but moved us to another room without any problems when we asked. For some reason we received calls to our rooms before 8a.m on 2 mornings. When I...

Love the architectural and structural design. Love the garden outside the lower floor restaurant. Love the lighting on and inside the hotel. Love the buffet breakfast spread. Love the comfy bed. Love all except it is close to the main road - without much ground in front of hotel. The ground is all at the back.

I recommend the Jacir Palace Hotel 100%. The room was very clean...particularly the beds and bathrooms. The linen was clean, fresh, comfortable. The staff was excellent, from the front desk concierge, to the restaurant chefs and waiters, to the business office and room attendants.
