I really cannot fault this hotel. This was my first visit to this hotel having stayed at a number of others in eilat. The check in experience was good, the room was excellent and on the whole very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good though the Friday night meal was not great. We ate late and some of the food...

Take only the ground rooms on the pool. It worth any penny. you get a direct access to the pool. The hotel has a great atmosphere. breakfast is servrd until noon which makes it almost a branch. The kids loves it and you can relax in the room wile the kids are in the water just next to you.

I chose the Agamim as it had rave reviews and was listed as the second best hotel in Eilat. Whilst certain aspects absolutely lived up to the reviews, such as the comfortable deck room, the food and the beauty of the poolside area, much of the experience was ruined by lack of attention to the details and the customer. We...

I don't even know where to start, I love this Hotel so much. I work in a five star hotel in Toronto so I always compare he hotels that I stay at while on vacation. Let me start with the employees, they know the true essence of hospitality, the core values of customer service. Very professional and helpful staff that...

Of the various Isrotels I have stayed at this is the quietest. It was perfect for the two of us. Very low key. Just what we needed. The room was great but the food was exceptional. The evening meal was very imaginative. Not just the wide selection of foods but the innovation of ideas and the design in the presentation...

I have visited a lot of hotels in Eilat, and this hotel is one of the best. Suitable mainly for couples, thus not allowed for children above 6 years old. We took the upgraded type of room with a private lagoon and a private balcon. the room is very very nice and convenient. in the winter, at the reception desk,...

We arrived on Thursday afternoon for a "comedy weekend", featuring some of the best and a few mediocre Israeli comedians. We were three couples, all "chug hashemesh" club members of the Isrotel chain. This gave us: discounts on the room and extras a free Friday night dinner for the couple celebrating an anniversary The card paid for itself after one...

I had some family visiting for the weekend and they invited me for breakfast on Friday morning. I was blown away. I've eaten some very interesting and seriously dodgy foods in the past in various hotels, hostels and restaurants and this one, for a chain hotel, was just the best. For 80NIS (okay, that seemed a lot to me too...

I was a bit disappointed that a hotel built around its lagoon type pools didn't have one heated pool or jacuzzi/hot tub for the cooler months

and that pool closed at 6PM

front desk was not strongest part of the team

when I checked in the gal at the front desk was telling us our card wasnt going to work and tried to get us to pay cash...we insisted to talk to a manager...the manager figured a way to get our card to work ...paying with cash would have sapped our cash on hand for the trip without cause

also there was seldom more than one person at front desk who was often on phone or busy and there was no concierge service to speak of so any questions meant waiting frequently

the front desk also didnt seem to know simple things like if they had maps of town or where they were...they just didnt seem very well trained or motivated to help

I asked to talk to a manager to give feedback as I am a travel writer and dont publish negative reviews and over my 3 days no manager came forward

also when large groups were checking in our out buses were allowed to block driveway while people pooled to get on instead of waiting until there were all ready and then have them board...this blocked people checking in with their cars or getting in and out of spaces

overall I liked the hotel as far as the conditions of the rooms, the pool if I came back in the summer assuming hours weren't 6PM in the summer too...no one told us about the amenities checking in as well for instance about the exercise room

I have mixed feeling about returning...the place has great potential but seems to fall a bit short of reaching its potential....the hotel wasn't very full so maybe the staff was cut a bit thin for those guests who were there

I had questions about the restaurant for dinner but instead of waiting in lines t get the one desk person's attention, we just went out for dinner each night...our impression was that if they cant service the front desk...then why risk what service for dinner might be

we did enjoy the breakfasts...the omelet station is the star but ingredients to add available were sparse but people figure out on their own if they are lucky to take veggies from salad bar and cheese stand to make a better dish

the fruit drink station is also poor sub for fresh juice...wine list at night in bar is also uninspiring

I've been travelling more and more to Eilat for business and I'm inclined to check out other hotels first ...too bad I love the overall concept but not the execution
