I loved this hotel during my stay. It had a feel of being local while providing all the amenities of a 5-star International hotels. Courteous and attentive staff and above all, the complementary breakfast was something to kill for :-) I had never seen such comprehensive with such varied and of high quality breakfast/brunch menu items during my stays with...

I was looking forward to staying at the Colony Hotel Haifa and booked a room through TripAdvisor's partner Booking.com. Normally I like to book directly with the hotel, but TripAdvisor was sending me so many emails about using them to book, that I thought I would try it. Well upon arriving tired at the front desk I learned that I...

My wife and I stayed for one night. The hotel is in the prime spot for Haifa fine dining. Rooms are a very tasteful combination of business traveler amenities and historic charm. The breakfast is incredible and very healthy. Unlike many places in Israel, the elevator of the hotel is actually quick and efficient.

Stayed for a full week and loved every moment. The location is superb since it is close to downtown and within reasonable distance from the beach and uptown Hadar Hacarmel. The service and the breakfast was of superb quality. I found the staff to be friendly. Enjoyed the evenings sitting at the bar near the sidewalk watching the world go...

Hotel is situated in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. Room was nice. Real nice view as promised. Quite clean. Had a jacuzzi. These disgust me so didn't use. The main issue is service. Check in time is advertised wverywhere as 2pm. Got there at 2:15 with very tight schedule and were told to our surprise...

We, unfortunately received a room on the ground floor and although the room was quaint and comfortable it gave the feeling of being in the basement. So when reserving be sure you know what kind of room you are getting. It is in the middle of Ben Gurion Boulevard, the Champs Elysees of Haifa between the Bahai lower gardens and...

All we remember is the heavy noise from the main street below our window. why they don't use noise proof windows?? It is so basic these days. The servise was slow. A bag of garbage was waiting in the corridor all night and morning to be picked up.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and you have so many options. The chef and waiters are friendly and great. The rooms are like heaven to me and if I ever get a house it will be a copy/paste of The Colony Hotel Haifa rooms. I booked a room in the past and I seem to...

This is a good place to stay, but don't expect a super-modern hotel experience. 1) The people at the front desk are terrific: very helpful and friendly (we didn't really deal with any other staff during our brief stay). 2) The hotel is in a terrific spot to enjoy Haifa's nightlife and day-time experiences as well. 3) The rooms and...
