We stayed at the Colony Hotel for 4 nights (one night too many). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for walking and restaurants. There is good parking if you have a car. The front desk could be a bit friendlier and the breakfast was good, not as good as some other small hotels...

This is a wonderful hotel. It is small, which is why I loved it so much not crowded. The breakfasts were so awesome! The service here is far better than any other hotels I have been to in the past. Stay here if you want a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is quaint and picturesque. We were on the 4th floor, facing the Baha'i Gardens & Terraces with a view to the harbor and Akko across the bay. Great restaurants and street vibe along the 4 blocks within short walk, felt completely safe out...

Most of Haifa's hospitality is up on the Carmel Mountain. On this recent trip, we chose to stay near the port of Haifa in the old German Colony. The Colony Hotel is a terrific find. The renovated colonial-era building has large rooms by Israeli standards, many/most with jacuzzi tubs. The location is fabulous for viewing and appreciating the Bahai Temple...

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend in May 2013 for a convention. We had a great time. Excellent hospitality and service by the hotel staff, great atmosphere in the charming street and surroundings. The hotel is located in a lovely old building that has been tastefully renovated while conserving the architectural style of the original construction, rooms are...

There was a huge sigh of relief when I stepped into my room in Colony Hotel after a 13 hours flight including one transit and an hour drive from Tel Aviv to Haifa - this is a very pleasant, elegant choice of accomadation. This hotel was located centrally in the German Colony in Haifa - a stretch of road lined...

Really friendly hotel with nice staff. Nice location. Easy to use and for Israel, very reasonable rates. The Israeli breakfast isn't as good as in some places, but then the rates are lower too. We will go back. Parking for your hire car if you have one. theer's no restaurant but lots of places to go for lunch and inner...

I stayed at the Colony Hotel for a night in late April. It is a charming, somewhat old-fashioned place (in a good way). My room was large, quiet and very comfortable with nice amenities, great wifi, and a big bathroom. The hotel staff were helpful. The location is terrific, on a bustling street with lots of restaurants.and an incredible nighttime view...

The Colony Hotel is located on boulevard that rises from the port to the Bahai Gardens, an amazing sight, especially at night, and down the street restaurants, bars and various shops. Definitely the place for a couple looking for romance and a place to go to in the evenings. The hotel itself was built at the early last century and...

Excellent location in the German Colony section. A short walk to all sites. Easy access to restaurant row. Very clean. Room was a good size. Bed, linens and towels were all nice. Breakfast was good but not great. Would stay again.
