it's a no frills hotel. no food. just rooms. to sleep and get out. it's spacious. it's convenient. especially for Bahai pilgrims who prefer bottom of the Mt Carmel. comes with a local phone. very handy to call pilgrim house etc. small safe for passport. small kitchen to cook all meals. shops aplenty to buy ingredients around Hagefen, Allenby which... I stayed here for 1 week and checked out yesterday. Dave Beery was an excellent guy, helping me by phone to get into the apartment block and into my room when I arrived a couple of hours early. Also, on my last night, the power cut out in my room and he sent an electrician round within an hour to... More

It was exactly as you see at their website: clean, well designed, next to the German Colony and its restaurants, pubs and coffee the owners are very polite we could cook for our family (5 members) with the stove and the microwave oven they have in each room . RECOMMENDED

Rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked well for light cooking. Bathroom was also clean a/c very nice for July in Haifa. An easy walk to the Bahai Terraces and resturants.

We are a family of four and we stayed here for 10 nights. Since the hotels in Haifa would only allow 3 max per room, this was a great option. Besides, staying in a small hotel room for so long would have driven us crazy - our kids are grown up college aged kids. We got a suite with 2... More

This hotel is in a great location very close to Ben Gorion with lots of good restaurants, however in desperate need of basic modernisation. Everything in the room seems as if it was brought from a junk yard. The shower tray is so small and the shower not very functional. When we arrived we missed some towels and the soap... More

G38 is very centrally located and just minutes walk from Ben Gurion where there are many good restaurants. If one arrives with a car, there is free street parking directly in front of the hotel. The apartment itself is not luxury but therefore practical. It offers everything from a phone, equipped kitchen, TV with copious channels, safe etc. The only... More

We came as a family group of 4 and stayed about 10 nights. It was cold in the appartment and not clean. The service providers are very friendly and helpfull, did manage to get the heating working and even cleaned a litte, but did not manage to make us feel at the right place. We had a empty flower pot... More

G-38 is a building of 27 small furnished studio apartments with little kitchenette areas in each one and a laundry in the basement. It's useful for Baha'i couples and singles who need to make their daily lunches and dinners with food purchased at local markets. Shower stalls are small and a little difficult to use for larger men. There is... More

Good value for money. The essentials are there. No thrills. Owners very trusting and easily accessible. We had a late arrival and arrangements were made for our seamless entry. I agree with a pervious reviewer that the perfume doser in the hallway is rather annoying. Are there odors they are trying to hide? Friends of our stayed there previously and... More
