Harmony Hotel Jerusalem is located in the heart of Jerusalem at Nahalat Sheva, which is one of the first neighborhoods that was built out of the old city’s walls at the end of the 19th century. This Jerusalem Hotel is Atlas’ latest boutique hotel. Twenty five years ago Nahalat Sheva was the subject to a complete restoration by the city’s municipality and today it is full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

We stayed at the hotel for a family holiday for 2 nights. An adult couple with the family of the son including 2 children in early teenage years.
We requested a room with a connector door, which we considered a must, and we paid for three classic rooms.
We were not told in the booking that one of the rooms with a connected door is smaller than the norm (although it costs as much as the rest of the rooms) nor were we told that the bed of the small room is not a standard double bed but a very small, half-bed-sized, very short bed that cannot be separated into two beds. This was told to us only the day before we arrived at the hotel. We wanted to cancel the booking but we found that there are no places available with rooms with a connected door in all the good hotels in the area where we needed to sleep and the lack of choice we confirmed.
The next day, when we got to the rooms and saw the size of the bedroom, we were shocked. The room was very small and very crowded, the bed was the size of a half-bed, not double, very short and inseparable. Since the boys and daughters were not supposed to sleep in one small bed, the parents were supposed to sleep in this room. A couple of adults whose son's height was almost 190 cm.
It should be noted that we spend a lot of time during the year in Atlas Hotels in Tel Aviv and sometimes in Jerusalem and love this network very much. We also stayed in this hotel 3 weeks earlier, as a couple, and we would be happy.
In the afternoon we addressed Eila - the hotel manager. We explained to her the situation we were in, the failures in communication between us and the hotel (what is told to us and what is important and not said at the time of booking). The manager understood the situation and went out to give us a solution and eventually we received a suitable solution for the second night.
It should be noted that the stay at the hotel service we received at the reception was excellent. And above all, we would like to mention the chef at the restaurant, Cassam, who understood and did everything and more to help us with the food with one of the children, Celiacki. He was attentive to all our requests about the gluten. By the way, the light took care of bringing the snacks straight out of the bags and even into one closed bag. At breakfast he took care of gluten-free snacks, strawberries, salads, cheeses, pastries – all at hand, gluten-free and with extra care also for a safe environment as possible.

From the time we arrived Tarek made us feel welcome, telling us about the hotel ,must see activities in the area. Each day when he saw us he asked if there was anything to make our stay better. Mor another front desk employee made sure that we had water, sun screen, and wipes in case they were need for our tour each day. Breakfast was included in our in our package and was an excellent assortment of fresh food each day. Very good value. The location was great able to walk to the main part of town, at night the street was a bustling area.

We went as a family to celebrate a family event, we booked one Friday night, we were four rooms, in different wagons.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, within a picturesque sidewalk and very close to the Yehuda camp market, the sidewalk anyway, the light train and the life-threatening Jaffa street.
The hotel is tastefully designed, and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming.
The staff is friendly and serviceful, starting with the hotel CEO, reception staff, waiters and more.
The food is delicious and abundant, served aesthetically and invitingly.
We had breakfast at the hotel, and dinner at an outdoor restaurant. We were very surprised to know that every day from 17:00 to 19:00 a happy hour was served in the lobby for our guests. In our case there was pizza, cut vegetables, fruit, wine - all the way to the hotel!! (The kids were so glad they were no longer hungry in the restaurant later :-) ).
The hotel allows to bring dogs (up to 16 kg), this is the policy of the network throughout the country, and we brought our dog with us. The dog was also treated personally, in the room he was waiting for a "mattress" with a special mattress, a bag of dog snacks, a toy, and bags for water and food.

It was our pleasure to return to the Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel. As always, the clean, well-appointed, and excellently located boutique hotel was a great choice for our family. This time we also were accompanied by our married daughter and her three children. Their family room was quite large and met all their needs.

No review is complete without mentioning Ayala Dekel, the regional manager who ensures that there are plenty courteous and knowledgeable staff available to take care of all of your needs. If there was any question or something that we needed, it was immediately taken care of by the hotel staff.

There is a full breakfast buffet every morning and Happy Hour with wine and appetizers in the late afternoon. Parking is conveniently located at the hotel.
You couldn't be more centrally located. Almost everything you want to do in Jerusalem is a short walk, train, or cab ride away. I can honestly say that after staying here many times as well as so many of the other hotels in Jerusalem, the Harmony Hotel offers guests a very enjoyable stay and great value in this magnificent city.

We stayed at the Harmony Hotel for two nights in late March after doing volunteer work in Israel. We were greeted at the reception guest by a young woman, Mor, a very gracious and personable employee. We very impressed by the well designed and stylish lobby with comfortable couches, books on display, and a high ceiling (with a photo mosaic on the ceiling). The hotel is located on a charming street with nice small shops. It is very convenient to the central shopping district, inclding the well known Ben Yehuda Street (which has good stores for tourists to shop, eat, and drink). The Harmony is only a two minute walk from a vibrant shopping area. Our room had a cute boutique hotel vibe. The room had a very comfortable bed and sufficient shelving as well as a writing table. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary tray with grapes and cookies. Likewise, there were at least four free cans of soda in the mini-refrigerator as well as free bottle of sparkling water. This was a very nice touch!. Our standard room was sufficiently sized for a couple for a few days. Likewise, the bathroom was of sufficient size with a full bath/shower. This was not like a NYC micro sized hotel. The next day we met Takvor at reception desk. He was helpful in answering our questions about places to visit in the area as well as transportation. Moreover, he was of great assistance in providing us with the names of two nearby hotels where we could arrange to have a Shabbat Dinner. Kasem, the hotel's Chef, prepared a magnificant breakfast buffet each morning. Given that the hotel was very quiet due to the war, I was surprised that the hotel still had a very lavish Israeli breakfast which was beautifully presented. Everything was freshly prepared. It was obvious that Kasem got up very early to prepare the delicious spread, which included a diverse array of foods. The coconut milk with chia was a first for me, and was splendid. The hotel also offered a nice happy hour from 5PM-7PM (except for Shabbat) with simple snacks and two types of Israeli wine. It was a positive experience to stay at the Harmony.

The hotel is nicely designed, with the same high-standard of other hotels in the Atlas chain.
Perfect location, nice staff, nice breakfast.
Every time we passed through the lobby, the person at the counter offered us water.
The rooms are standard and well cleaned. The bed was excellent, and so was the very required A/C in the middle of a heat wave in Israel.
I asked for an electricity cord extender, and it took only a few minutes to receive one in the room.
The experience was perfect. I would definitely return!

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center (Nahalat Shiva). In spite of its central location in the heart of the capital, it’s quiet and there’s a great noise isolation inside the room.
The hotel staff was extremely kind, especially Mor, who was so welcoming and kind.
the breakfast was excellent and there was even a happy hour in the afternoon with wines and snack.
I used the free bicycle offered to the hotel guests, and took them for a wonderful tour in the city and enjoyed the cold sun of February.
Bottom line, harmony Jerusalem is an excellent boutique hotel and we’ll surely come back.

Even though we stayed here for 1 night only, we got a good feel for the hotel. The staff, was simply outstanding.... they so went out of their way to help out in every possible way. Breakfast buffet was a typical Israeli breakfast with lots of varieties of fruit, cheese, salads, pastries.... you name it! And I love the fact that the cold food was actually cold and the hot food was actually hot!, and there buffet was very clean.... The rooms were quite nice, well kept, not perfect but well. We got rooms 506 and 505. Quite nice, descent closet space, bathroom toiletries ok, just nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower glass is so small that all the water comes out. There is parking in the hotel, for an extra charge, but it was perfect because parking in the city is difficult. Located right next to Ben Yehuda Street.

When visitors to the hotel understand why it is called a boutique hotel. First location. The location is wonderful next to the sidewalk. We couldn't ask for a central location from this location. Every point in the city center is not far in a large number of minutes walk anyway, from the old town or from Yapa Street. The rooms are comfortable and spacious - at least the one in our hotel. The breakfast is high-quality and contains everything we wanted without fireworks and special salads from a respectable and high-quality selection. Similarly, the additional peculiarity that added to the experience, is the dedicated staff who helped with every request and not just that, recommending us restaurants and recreational venues.
