Just got back and I must say the Harmony is very close to perfect. Right off there is the great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast ( I know it's cliche ) was great ( yes a bit smaller then the larger hotels but this is a small hotel), when I asked for an apple (...

Just stayed one night but was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The room was charming and brilliantly decorated. Fabulous shops and restaurants were just steps away. A great oasis!

The location, as many have already said, was perfect. It was perfect due to its proximity to the Old City (Jaffa Gate) as well as being a perfect location for "after-touring" activities. Right near Jaffa Street and close to the start of Ben Yehuda, it was a wonderful area to find food at every price level as well as a...

Perfect location to visit Jerusalem by foot. Friendly staff, helpful "Tea time" with a few cakes and complementary drinks, a great opportunity to talk to other guests and share advice. Very decent breakfast, offering extensive choices of savoury and sweet dishes. Room surface too small though, and so are the bathrooms

Location is the key. Unlike ALL other hotels, Harmony is situated right in the center of Jerusalem's life: shops, cafes, restaurants, bars - all there. Old City (Jaffa Gate or New Gate) in 15 min relaxed walk. Polite personnel, clean and quiet room (maybe a little bit too simple decor, but it's fine with me), free hors d'oeuvres and drinks...

We came on a cruise that stayed in Ashdod for two days, so we decided to spend the night in Jerusalem. The hotel's location was great! We were within walking distance to the Old City and all transportation. We were there before the conflict in Gaza and it was very peaceful and we felt safe walking back to our hotel...

Located close to the streetcar line on Jaffa Street and 15 minutes by foot to the Jaffa Gate, this well-located hotel is packed with beautiful modern touches and a staff that would do anything for you! We stayed here five days and everyone from the food staff to the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. A kitchen worker heard...
