Stayed overnight here on the last day of a bike ride. The hotel is huge and the rooms need some work as are dated but clean. Had a farcical check in where the receptionist would not accept that the key cards to the room would not work. Only after 12 cards had been tried and persistence on my part was... More

We spent a week here on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, albeit lacking in character. Good sound insulation from the double glazing (very necessary) and effective A/C. Typical Israeli buffet breakfast with splendidly wide range on offer gave a good start to the day. Pity about the lukewarm coffee distributed by aimless... More

We stayed here for several days in October with a group touring Israel for the Feast of Tabernacles. The hotel was very clean, nice pool and sauna, and good food. The shops offered pretty good deals as well. They need to have a price list for drinks at the bar. We would stay here again.

Ramada offers a good deal for what you pay for. Nice rooms, slightly firm beds, decent bathrooms, and nice facilities. Food is by far the standout feature, with a varied and delicious buffet and a fantastic serving sizes at the Lobby Cafe (although not cheap). Two downsides are location (not in central Jerusalem, right by a busy motorway) and service... More

I was with a pilgrimage group last February 2016 and Ramada Jerusalem Hotel was our home for 3 nights. My room has a nice view of the Ruppin Bridge. This hotel is quite dated. Wifi is free at the lobby. The lobby is big. They catered a buffet breakfast and dinner and it was good. There's a cafe/restaurant by the... More

Stayed at the Ramada in Jerusalem in July 2010 with my church group during a Holy Land Tour. It was nice but I don't consider it a 5-star. The food and service was mediocre. I wouldn't stay there again. Stayed in July 2010.

We stay because I have difficulties in walking. I love the prayers in the hotel. The food before and after fasting is good and the rooms are nice. The problem was after the fast 2 from 4 elevators didn't work, because children played with them and no one from the hotel didn't tell them any thing. There was a long... More

This is a very nice hotel and very enjoyable stay. We stayed almost an entire week. Please use the TRAIN (or Trolley) that is only a couple of blocks away. You can go back and forth to the old city and to Ben Yehuda street. Very accessible to get around. We really enjoyed this place. The views on the upper... More

It was a great stay, the room was very clean, comfortable, the food was awesome, I will stay there next time i am in Jerusalem. The hotel is close to the light rail so getting around Jerusalem is very easy.

The Ramada is a very nice hotel with terrific views of the city from the upper floors. Every room has a balcony utside. The hotel is conveniently located near the Jerusalem market and transportation by city train.
