The staff at the front desk were not friendly and if they knew you were Americans - seemed to despise you. A bartender refused to even acknowledge me. The rooms are not clean. The only plus side were some of the waitresses who finally warmed up to you. Otherwise I would avoid this hotel.

I first stayed here in May, 1999, when the hotel was fairly new. Nothing much has changed which is NOT a compliment. Each night I stayed here, there appeared to be "fancy events" going on and I'll say that the "ballroom" looked lovely for them for as much as I could see. I mention this as it appears that THIS...

A very big hotel catering to hordes of international tourists. It appeared to me that the constant flow of tourists limited the opportunities for basic maintenance of the rooms. For instance, the whole five days I was there, I observed that a peanut along the wall and other debris like hair and bits of paper chaff never seemed to get...

We went with a tour group in February 2014. The staff was friendly but usually busy. The breakfast was pretty good, except that the pancakes were always cold and the coffee was not self-serve, which means being on the look-out constantly to catch the eye of the waiter to bring you more coffee (which wasn't very good either). The lounge...

We spent the weekend here because we had a family function in the area. As such the location was very convenient but if you're looking for a hotel that has something worthwhile in walking range this is not the place for you. If you want to get to a restaurant or the city center you’ll need a cab. Parking spots...

I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and got a very comfortable and clean room. The room was new and I was told that the rooms got refurbished recently and that was definately noticeable. The pool and the wet sauna was nice and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. I highly recommend...

Great Food” The hotel is lovely, renovated in parts and still a bit worn in others. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable The pool and activities for kids are great. Had a solid massage. The food is the best part of the hotel. The buffet was delicious and after two weeks traveling around, my kids finally ate for hours....
